Car finance 247 have been superb at a very stressful time and couldn't have been more helpful the gentleman assigned to me was helping me from the word go and went everything to help he made it so simple on my own I would have struggled every one I spoked to was so helpful on the phone they are very professional and nothing is to much trouble for them id recommended them to anyone ???? X

I enquiried with car finance 247 on a Saturday evening, I received a welcome email shortly after with access to 1000s of cars on their website and on the Following Tuesday afternoon I had purchased a car. My customer sales representative Samantha guided me through the process brilliantly, I was notified at each stage so I always knew what was happening. I could not speak higher about car finance 247. Given my finaial circumstances the finance deal offered was very good. I have had finance vehicles in the past but in my opinion these companies have a long way to go to beat the service car finance 247 offer. 10/10 top marks. Shaun from Lincolnshire.

contacted them on Thursday and was told within minutes to pick a car, decided on one on the Friday teatime and finance was completed by the Monday perfect service and I would highly recommend this company

Applied on Friday, Had the car Tuesday, considering that the company was closed on Sunday, this was the fastest time I have ever bought a car on finance, thanks Gareth!! Top man!!!

Great Company to deal with sorted my finance out quickly excellent interest rates and communications

Fantastic easy company to work with no pressure on picking a car and im very fussy so I was in no rush after 15 days into being excepted I found the car I wanted excepting it picked it up from the dealer 2 days later.

I ended up having 4 different advisors due to my original being unavailable. I was without a car or two weeks as mine was written off. Their fancy slogan played whilst on hold says you can drive your new car the same day. This was not the case.. took 3 stressful days where I was met with attitude from staff. It got to the point where I had to call them myself and wait on hold for 30 miutes because they would not respond to my call back request. I simply needed a car to get to my two jobs. I’ve found that the customer service was awful.

Once I found a car I liked the money was sent very quick. I had an issue with the car within 4 days and I simply phoned to ask them to put a note on my system as I’m still in the cooling off period, I was astonished to be told “what do you want us to do about it” before hanging up on me. Happy I’ve got my car but it scares me that I’ll potentially have to speak with them during the course of the agreement.

I never thought i would be approved for car finance for my first car with my credit score but with carfinance24/7 i was assigned to one of their dedicated advisors Nick Mills. Nick has communicated and advised me through out the way and i was able drive away my first car (vauxhall corsa).
