Well my first time there I left without a car I get a call fee hours later saying I’m accepted, I got a car under my name all thanks to Ryan . He truly got me my first car would definitely recommend to anyone .

I realize the car hop team r hard at work every minute of the job. U guys were very busy but I give all the credit to Thomas. U r Awesome.... Keep up the good work. I was ready to call it quits with car hop but thanks for Thomas I hung in there. Thank U Thomas for working so hard for me. And thank u Car Hop... I love u people.....

I have had the best experience with car hop starting back in Sept 2017 and totally satisfied with that purchase of a 2014 Buick lesabre limited an then a recent upgrade of a 2012 Nissan versa that I got myself as an early bday gift to myself lol

A Guy name Cody help me to trade my car to Carhop Vallejo,he's very busy that time trying to help all of us in that location at the same but wow he really can manage it with a smile in his face,I mean you know,we can't see in his face,And yes regarding of my situation,I can say Cody is one of a good seller that can go up to that high level of management team.He make sure we go home with the car that we want and we need,it is perfect and worth to wait.And we also thank DeAndre for being such a nice person in that location.

My experience ended up on a pretty good note, but for almost 3 weeks I waited for a car that they had no title to and ended up having to choose a different one. I really wanted a 4x4 vehicle but the two that I drove that I would have bought didn't have titles yet so I chose a vehicle that I was told was supposed to be 4x4 but it wasn't. When I brought this to their attention the salesperson assured me that it was front wheel drive, and it would be ok, but no it wasn't that either. I have to make adjustments to a vehicle that was supposed to be something other than what it turned out to be but it is a good running vehicle. The only suggestion I have for them is to not mislead a customer when you know what they are really in need of. They were nice enough but in a way I felt very misled.

I worked with Eric and he was beyond amazing. He stayed almost 2 hours past close just to make sure I was completely taken care of and I couldn’t be anymore happy with my whole experience there with him. I also love my new SUV! Thank you, Eric!
*side note* - the hours of operation at the Sioux City location are so inconvenient and make it almost impossible to get there in time after work. I had to leave work early and when I got there at 5:00, Eric was helping 2 other people close on their vehicles and he still made sure I was taken care of.. even if it was almost 2 hours past close when we were done. He is THE BEST!

This is the second vehicle that I have bought with no issues with the first one i always recommend carhop to those looking to get a vehicle that can't get financing for a new car.

I went to carhop to find a car that would fit 7 passengers. They only had 2 options in the lot. Luckily, I got approved for one of the 2. I feel like it would have been nice to have a better selection. That being said, I really am enjoying the Ford Freestyle I got.

I had a wonderful experience at Car Hop and with Vicky’s help. I was so nervous about going in and about being denied. Thankfully I got approved and drove off the lot with a vehicle that is new to me!!

Bought the car on a Saturday 1/26/19 and took it home, the next day the battery light came on and the tire is deflating. Mentioned that in the buying process that if the tire keeps deflating then I want it fixed he said he understood and nothing was done.

Bought a 2006 ford freestyle on February 22 2019 today February 27 , 2019 can't get into a dependable vehicle less than 7 days janine was horrible to me wouldn't refer me to another lot they offered to fix the repairs but i still have a lyft bill and missed work and have to pay a car note for a vehicle im not driving smh will not refer anyone and I'm getting lawyer 8 10 days for a refund what im suppose to do sold my vehicle for this
