Ordered shoes for my 94 yr old mum and they arrived just over 24 hours later to try on at home. She is delighted with them.

I was trying to order an item online but wasn’t able to complete purchase as there was some glitch on my computer.After trying multiple times I rang the help line and my call was answered immediately by a very pleasant, helpful young lady.She offered to put the order through by phone, which she did.This was at 5pm.My order was delivered the very next day.Excellent customer sservice.

Prompt delivery and service however I had a free code so didn’t pay for it but I think £9 for delivery is a bit steep when you are spending £130.
