I have used carrot cars as much as possible in the past 3 years because their drivers are always professional and warm and the experience is very positive. They have taken me on important work trips, on holidays and even taken me to hospital immediately before and after the birth of my children! They are a fantastic local company. Thank you to the team

Yesterday we used Carrot Cars for the first time - twice - and it was a great success! Both drivers arrived promptly, indeed early, and drove well, safely and sensibly, in clean and comfortable cars. What more can you ask? It was very civilised - and very fairly priced. We would definitely recommend Carrot Cars.

Driver 2054, Mr. Mohammed Hassan was indeed very polite and helpful. Driving was very safe and I would prefer for him to be my permanent driver.

My car arrived about 10 minutes late and at the wrong location. I had to pull my luggage about a block to the car. I had requested a car for 2 people and 4 pieces of luggage but when I arrived at the car, which would have been fine except, there were 2 baby car seats in the car which had to be moved. My 3 pieces of luggage barely fit and I had to hold my carry on luggage. We were crammed into the car. I am a small woman too. After 1:40 of no way to move due to the car seat between my daughter and me and our other luggage, we were dropped off in the upper level of the parking deck and had to find our way to the terminal. I arrived about 30 minutes late.

Have used Carrot Cars for few years now and honestly can’t fault them. Friendly but professional drivers and really nice and clean cars. I once had an issue but the way it was resolved is first class! Would always and have recommended to many of my friends. Five star service!

So far after many years of using various car companies for pick up at Heathrow this is the best ever, carrot cars are reliable with helpful and quiet drivers, they are on time, await for you inside the airport, you can see exactly where your driver is once you have the app. The drivers communicate nicely and the cars are clean and spacious.
Highly recommended.

My driver Roman followed pick up instructions with no problems, drove sensibly & safely, did 2 visits before returning home, on both occassions opened the passenger door for me. Did not chat excessively - an altogether very pleasant journey. Have already 2 further bookings this week.Excellent value for money when compared to other companies in this field.

Usually a very good service but, all too frequently you call in the morning to book a
car for the evening only to be told they are fully booked.
This illustrates a need to recruit more drivers.
Not withstanding the above, I always would try to get a carrot car, as the vehicles are always clean and the drivers are helpful.

Very professional, easy to use app and reliable drivers - use then several times last year as part of a series of work trips to Europe.
Also, on occasions when the plane was delayed they automatically adjusted the time.
