I was approached by CBS about a vacancy and they put me forwards and supported the whole process very well, lovely team of people who do care about the people they are looking to place in roles. Would heartily recommend them.

I have worked with CBS Butler for many years for different companies and I have always found them to be very responsive to requests. They will take the time to discuss requirement(s) and always provide a selection of candidates that are a good match and of good quality.

I have always had a good working relationship and I am very happy with the service they provide.

I haven’t received my order despite it having been over a week since ordering and the website clearly stating delivery (which you have to pay for) takes between 1-3 working days. I’ve had no updates on my order, only a confirmation of purchase, and their customer service team do not seem to look at their emails as they have failed to respond to me. I’d strongly suggest customers purchase from other companies for reliability.

ok your payroll is awful and now i have read my contract you have now decide to pay contractors once month after one calender month of employment why ? we are paided weekly have always have , all it needs is an irate employer who holds back on a payment and if your situation is that money is tight you are up creek

I have been working with CBS Butler for several years now, and specifically Zac as a consultant closely over the past two years.

As a small Engineering company with limitations regarding financial remuneration in comparison to our larger, global competitors, at times we struggle to find suitably experienced individuals when using direct recruitment methods – Zac has been a revelation in managing to source excellent, relevant candidates who fit well within our small team and business framework. Misleading - created account to get 10% off first order and free delivery - never worked at checkout - no code provided and despite emailing them no one reposnded pther than to say it’s taken off acutoamically.

Untruthful - Shocking service levels, ordered item 29th August - charged for 1-3 business day delivery - actually delivered 5th September. Checked with royal mail and they lit recited item 3rd September. CB told me it had been posted 30th August!

£150 jacket came wrapped in a used and ripped carrier bag with no hanger nor protection other than plastic around it.

Will never deal with us such an aweful business again.

I’m currently a service leaver after joining at 16 and not knowing anything different was such a daunting prospect, but once a CBS Butler rep got in contact I felt really at ease and reassured.
They set up my first ever job interview, talked me through what I needed to know, how I should approach the interview and subsequently I was offered the job 2 days later.
I would highly recommend CBS Butler to anyone.

My consultant was Bethan, from first point of contact and throughout the process with employer to candidate, Bethan's communication was excellent. I believe with any agency that the consultants understanding the employers business model is understood, but the candidate role within the industry I feel is more important. To place candidates in roles correctly, Bethan's experience shines through with perfect understanding of candidates expectations, concerns, and correct placement within certain roles chosen. Bethan really is an asset to C.B.S 10/10
