I used Tennis Plaza when I was in South Carolina last summer. I used them because they offered free shipping for a 72-ball bag of Tretorn Micro X pressureless balls, and they were in Florida (not so far away for UPS Ground). I would probably use them when I move back to South Carolina for my graduate school. I live outside the US and visit family in South Carolina.

I ordered 4 Nike ankle sleeves in medium. One of the boxes was marked medium but contained a large ankle sleeve. I called Tennis Plaza and they sent me a return label. They received the item back on 11/28 with my note to exchange it, but they never sent the replacement. Numerous calls to their customer service were pointless, as they kept saying they were shipping me a new sleeve but never did. Today they told me they never received the item back but the tracking number proved them wrong. Then they said the item was out of stock and that's why they never shipped the replacement. They had no idea when they were getting them in again ("sometime next year"). I told them to refund me, and I would buy it somewhere else. I do almost all my shopping online, and this is pretty much the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from them again.

The order acknowledgment email stated - We will email you with the details of the delivery company and your consignment number the day we dispatch the goods to you.Once you have been given a consignment number the package is with the delivery company later that day. Please contact them directly for any information regarding your parcel. Your order will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that somebody will be available to sign, between 9.00am and 6.00pm at the delivery address. I have to advise that no email was received and that on returning to my home I found the parcel on the doorstep. Therefore there was no signature for delivery. Fortunately nobody stole the parcel. The delivery situation is the responsibility of the delivery company but the lack of the email is the seller's responsibility.

The shoes arrived in a box stating size 14 the order stated size 14 however the box contained size 10 I had to pay £12 to have the shoes returned. I did ask for a postage refund but has not happened. Not happy I’m £12 out of pocket.

My son put his new shoes on to see if they fit, walked around the house for a second, and noticed they were too big. I returned the shoes and was sent a notice saying they would not replace them...due to them showing wear on the bottoms. My son walked around my clean floor and never outside. I advise everyone not to try their shoes on and walk around in them.....try a better company with a decent return policy that takes care of it customers!!!

This was my first time using Gootickets for tickets to the Adu Dhabi F1 for my son and I. We chose Grandstand tickets hoping to get good seats. I was a little dubious at first as I’d never heard of Gootickets, but my anxiety soon disappeared when we located our seats. We had to double-check we had the right ones when we sat down as we were three rows back from pole position!!! We were no more than 25 metres away from Lewis Hamilton leading off the race!! My son and I were overwhelmed with all the practice, qualifying and race action being so close to the starting line and pits. The picture shows Lewis about to start the race formation lap with a very small amount of zoom (I didn’t video the start as wanted to savour the moment). This was our first F1 event and we will be making it a regular trip using Gootickets. Couldn’t have asked for better seats or service in making it our best weekend ever – thank you Gootickets!!!

On September 20th 2019, I bought tickets to the Monaco F1 Grand Prix. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event has been cancelled. I then emailed Gootickets regarding getting a refund, but I never got a response. I also tried to call the same number I called in the past, but now no one picking up the phone. I spent a large amount of money on these tickets and I’ve been cheated. This company is a scam. I will NEVER use their services again, nor will I recommend them to my friends.

I paid for next day delivery for 2 items and only one of them was delivered the other was 2 days after I ordered them so wasnt happy with that also i emailed sayin i couldn't track the second item I got a email back saying the next day I could track it. I thought the weekend was great and they did a great job of maximizing the time even with the downpour on Sunday. Our coach on Monday however while very nice, lacked energy and I would have liked a bit more motivated coaching from her. Had we had better coaching in Monday I would have given 5 stars. Nonetheless i will come back.

My family (wife and two kids, age 11 and 13) and I just came back from a week in Luz at one of Jonathan Markson's tennis holidays. We had a terrific time! The kids really enjoy the lessons and so did my wife and I (possibly even more). Luis (the head coach) and Ricardo were terrific. I wished they took the kids for a day or two as well as they were fun and full of good tips (especially Ricardo). We stayed at the Baia da Luz apartment resort, which is really nice. Large apartments, two pools (one for adults and one for kids), two additional tennis courts and one restaurant. The apartment was serviced twice during the week and there was a garage space available. The village is relatively small but with a very nice beach and some good restaurants. It is very close (10 min drive max) to Lagos and about one hour west of Faro, which is the closest airport. The weather was extremely pleasant basically the entire week in spite of being the last week of October.

I bought a new wilson raquet and had it srtung total about 200gbp. The strings were very loose and brought it back. The shop said it restrung the raquet and it was still very loose. The excuse was the the racket was of that 'type' and I just gave up the argument and went in another shop and put new strings!

I enrolled my boy in a tennis school when he was 3 and half. For me, the aim at the age was not to make him a tennis professional but to get him introduced to the sport and to let him have fun. It was a half an hour lesson and was held once a week.

Stay away from this store !!! I placed an order on 7.1.2022. Delivery was expected within 10 days. It is now 26.2.2020, the package got lost in transit. Tracking services says it's stuck at customs. I called customs, they don't recognize the tracking number at all. Smashinn response is wait, you'll get the package one day... I've two problems with their replay: 1. It isn't my I responsibility to call customs or any other party along the supply chain and find out what's going on. It's Smashinn responsibility, but they refused to do so. 2. From their standpoint I might as well wait forever. They refused to give an end date after which they’ll refund.

No one is interested in resolving or helping me with this. Can’t get my money refunded and have no idea when or if my parcel will arrive. Frustrated beyond words.

The company took my money, then confirmed my order via email only for the next day to say the order was cancelled without any reason and i'm still waiting for a refund. I've tried to contact them to understand why my order could not be fulfilled and to arrange a replacement tennis racket but none of their telephone numbers work and no one replies to emails. Shocking service, untrustworthy.

I placed my order on 04/02/10. which consisted of a yasaka yagyu III penhold blade, andro plasma 430 rubber. Did not receive the order untill 4/14/10. I received the right rubber, however sent the wrong blade, After leaving several voice messages to their customer service number finally received a call back..Spoke with Heather and she agreed to correct the order. Sent the racquet back and received the the correct blade with the wrong rubber. not the plasma 430 I orginally ordered,,They did send me a free shirt for my inconvience( with their logo on the back), needless to say I wont be wearing the shirt, and this is my first and LAST order with GOTABLETENNIS.COM...
