I booked my holiday through Vikki at Just Resorts and the service was exceptional. Vikki is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. I can't rate her highly enough.

2nd time I have booked through Karen in the last few weeks. Very helpful and showed me all the different options.

Exceptional service from Karen who arranged everything (including flights and accommodation) for me for my husband's 40th birthday present trip to La Manga. I didn't have to do a thing, and Karen was so incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. The deal was also very reasonably priced, and we are clearly going to have a fantastic holiday. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough, they are wonderful.

After an excellent service last year, we decided to book again through Vikki at La Manga Club Resort. Despite ours not being a standard holiday request, Vikki handled our enquiry quickly and personably. Delighted to be looking forward to another great holiday at La Manga.

Vikki was so helpful in organising a tennis hols for 6 ladies. Professional service with quick responses, it was so easy.

I wanted to book a specific place for a few days. Karen was very helpful and could answer all my questions and sorted out exactly what we wanted very quickly and at a better price than I could get independently.

This is the second year I have booked my holiday with Karen Ashton and once again it has been an absolute pleasure. Her knowledge of the resorts is exceptional and her levels of customer service beyond what anybody has a right to expect! Last years holiday went brilliantly and I have no doubt that with Karen organising things for us this years will be equally awesome.
Would highly recommend.

Having recently booked our break to the above resort, I found Karen Ashton who dealt with the reservation, beyond helpful as she gave me great assistance with her knowledge of both the hotel, complex, restaurants, transport etc.

I hope that the hotel fully lives up to the expectations I now have!

This was the 4th year running for our annual tennis trip. Karen and Vicki Ashton had everything perfectly organised for our trip as usual. It is always so relaxing as we know everything will happen as expected. Accommodation was fab and all our sports coaching and our restaurants and transfers went exactly to plan. Really recommend booking with Just Resorts - they really know their stuff and make life very easy.
