I bought a jacket from Alpinstore.com and the item was stuck in customs, I decided not to pay the ridiculous fee so Parcelforce/DHL returned the item back to Alpinstore. During the entire return I was updating the company on the package's whereabouts and they didn't care to track the order themselves. Once the package was confirmed as being delivered I awaited the allotted 14 days for a refund as per their policy. When checking 2 weeks later and had no refund, I decided to contact Alpinstore to see what their progress was.. turns out they haven't received the package, haven't even checked to see if it has been returned and therefore didn't raise a complaint with the courier within the time to raise a complaint. Why am I responsible for them not checking to see if an item has been returned, not been chased up by their personal, why a complaint/missing package has not been filed against the courier? Why is it their negligence costs me £230 and all I get is a short, rude, uncaring message. -- Reply from Alpinstore 2 Nov 2021 Dear Ben I full understand your concern & respect your disapointement. However, it is correct that DHL refuses any queries after 3 months and quite tough to get feedback from them 6 months later. However, i have personnaly escaladed to DHL decision maker to double check where is your return as we never received it. Thanks for your understanding but I am sure that we can refund without getting back the goods or refund from the carreir. FYI -THE REFUND NO REFUND GIVEN. REASON = NONE. LIARS & THIEVES. I will write a bad review on every site you are on and will repeat this until you accept you were in the wrong for not tracking the package yourselves and therefore "not receiving the goods"

Atomic Vapor Kelowna has always gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I are happy customers. It's been 4 years since I first walked through their doors and I wouldn't shop for vape supplies anywhere else. Customers for life!! Misinformed on the website bought an adults bike and child size arrive. Completely out of pocket for the last month and it is in bits in my room. It won't untighten, looks previously used and I've mistakenly thrown the box away to get it into my third floor London flat. Apparently this make for another week of delayed response over email. A keyworker in need of a bike. Horrific service! Do not buy from Deporvillage.

130 pound to the wind!!! (I am not the only one I can read, and read, complains and complains...) can say, DELIVERY COMPANY IS NOT CORRECT THAT'S : GLS Standard Delivery Order 900087499 But who package in "DeporVillage", he put to big box for 6 small items (I did not exept this broken-tear down box) Should I accept broken box and mining items in broken box??? THAT'S MY DILEMMA, BETTER TO TAKE SOMETHING THAN NOTHING? ARE YOU DOING REFUND??? The Package come open, the box is tear all one side, and put two sticker that don't hold things to come out!. I could see the items whiteout opening, the box its in bad condition I ask the delivery guy to wait 5 min to check the order on my laptop and to count what he bring I prefer to get all my 6 items!!! or you can refund me!!! Its risky to work like that, I pay lots of money for items that my don't come because bad packaging? I refuse to sing for package because I am afraid there is not all inside, delivery guy didn't what to wait me to cheek the items, he sad he will come tomato again. tercer intento de compra en esta tienda... todo fantastico en sus precios y condiciones, pero si hay problema todo cambia. El precio: el transportista- DHL - me pide 2918$MEX, el 39% del valor, como "gastos aduanales" (acá el iva es del 16%, el 26% adicional, unos 100 euros/110 USD, en que van??) - justificantes? NINGUNO! un garabato en el paquete. Explicación de tradeinn?? gastos "ocultos" (juro! lo tengo en el transcript del chat, y le voy a poner una denuncia!... gastos ocultos, vaya gracia) OK, pues no acepto el envío...¿como hago la devolución? segun sus condiciones, tengo 14 días para "desistir" de la compra o 30 días para devoluciones... respuesta TRADEINN:"no asegurarmos el reembolso ya que en muchos caso la aduana no lo devuelve a nuestros almacenes" ¿que es?¿una estafa? tengo derecho a devolver el producto, pero puedo olvidarme que me reembolsen...
