i made an order on the 4th. i also made a order with extremepsi. good place btw. and theyre stuff was shipped to my door in 3 days. regular ground. ci motors has yet to send anything. i have tried every single way to contact them. yet i have no contact. im wondering if the better business buro would do anything. luckly i only ordered a manual boost controler.

Mother's trailer at her weekend get away property had a defective toilet valve where it would run constantly and cause her well pump to run ALOT. She thought she would have to get another toilet. I googled RV parts and found Tweetys. Scrolled through the site and found a new valve for the toilet. Very reasonable price, promptly shipped and a perfect match. Thanks Tweety's, you saved my 84 year old mother alot of grief and money. I'll use Tweety,s again and tell my fellow campers about the great price and service. Happy camper! T.F.

I ordered a new front floorboard for my 2009 rzr 800 2 seater they said they had it in stock and it took me 6 weeks to get it in and they sent me the back half of a rzr un know I called them up and gave them the part number I ordered and they said it was the right part and they agreed with me say they shipped out to me and I had to have them to email me so I could send them pictures and come to find out they did send me the wrong part I had the right part number but the wrong part and I still haven't yet got the right part and they said they would have ups to pick the wrong part up and they would be shipping me the right part out here it is 8 weeks in and ups hasn't came to the house to pick up the wrong part and they still haven't shipped me the right part out yet and I am have to call them every week for there mistake and they put me on hold for 1 hour each week I will never deal with them again because when you make a mistake like that they should have over night to my and I just got off the phone Thursday with them and they said a few more days and my part will be shipped out and that was Thursday june 18-2020 so maybe I will get it in the next 2 weeks I hope and when I called them they even forgot to tell ups to come and pick the wrong part back up they told me over the phone they would has to send ups a request to pick the wrong part ups so I will never deal with them folks again because they can't keep stuff straight there very hard to deal with they will do there best to lay the blame you the buyer and the part cost $250.00 dollars

Their parts are cheap, but watch out for 2 things: 1) Fast they are not. I ordered other Suzuki motorcycle parts through my dealer the same day (10/9). Those parts showed up before I got the notification on 10/15 from Cycle Parts Nation on that they had finally shipped. 2) Watch the shipping charges! I was about to order a $29 plastic part that is no larger than 6" x 6". They were going to charge me $139 shipping. They said shipping was based on the part name, not the weight or size.

Boogey lights don’t stand behind their product or their warranty. We have been going back and forth with them for over a year, trying to address issues we have with their lights. The lights worked properly for a good 3 months and then we began running into issues. We have sent them countless pictures of the issues. We followed the installation instructions to a T. Why wouldn’t we, after spending a great deal of money on their product. We even purchased extra adhesive to guarantee a secure adhesion. We have documented proof of it and have even shown them. My husband even chatted with a customer service representative during install to make sure he was doing it properly. In the end they just keep brushing us off. We believe in investing in American made products and wanted to support this company. Sadly enough if we would have bought a different brand on Amazon we wouldn’t be in this situation because they at least guarantee customer satisfaction. Don’t take the gamble and hope that these will last long term because if they don’t, Boogey lights won’t care.

I would not recomend boogey lights. I bught the bagger kit foir my bike. It came with the "Full Life Time Warranty". A few of my light strips went out. The owner how is FULL of himself went into full rant mode telling me I did not purchase lights from them. He did how ever acknowledge I did buy lights from them in the past, just not the full bagger kit. I have spent hundreds with this company. I tried to get 2 replacement light strips and was told that I did not buy the lights from them and they rerfused to replace the 2 light strips. If you dont believe me read the BBB reviews left by the owner to 3 of the customers.

The shipping was fast and price is very competitive. However the product doesn't fit the 2007 to 2009 Mazdaspeed 3 correctly. The bars is hitting the plastic cowl of the car. I have to smashed the tabs on the shock mounts and reverse the orientation of the towers just be able slightly fit but still rubbing the plastic cowl which I have to grind to get clearance. Now it should work. Thank you

I received the Tao TBR7 as expected time wise (little over a week), the shipping Co used was great, communicative, and dropped at my home in great condition in its crate. While it doesn't come with installation instructions (torque specs anyone??), anyone familiar working on bikes will have no issues, and, fairly obvious for any newbies. This bike runs and rides great!!! Excellent value for the money.

Product is not accurately described on their website. They do not fit properly. Purchased a hat that should be for a child not an adult. When returning they charge 40% of the cost of the hat for a return label. I emailed and they told me nothing they could do. Terrible service. A complete ripoff. Stay away.

Website & transaction were simple enough. No information available on company itself though or where it's located. Bought a hat & t-shirt. Got the usual "additional service charges may apply" message. A few dollars is no big deal as I'd already paid extrafor shipping. Received a message that items had been delivered to shipping company. Plus $45.81 for addition service charges! For a hat & t-shirt! I immediately contacted both the shipping company & vendor to cancel the order. Initial response was positive & promised a refund. Then I got this: Hereby I'd like to inform you that the email my colleague wrote to you wasn't correct. We have informed you before that DHL contacted us about the delivery of your order. The duties have not been paid yet. DHL will not return the package to sender if the duties are not being paid. We will not pay for the duties. It has been informed during the purchasing process that the duties are not included in the shipping costs. If the payment will not be fulfilled DHL will destroy your package. And you will not receive a refund. So please reconsider the payment. Please contact DHL about it.
