We were to receive a package from Brisbane Queensland, it left Brisbane at 10:46 on September 6 and arrived in Devonport on September 13 the delivery address was 22km form their depot and the parcel sat there for another 5 days until we contacted Couriers Please (primary courier) who used Road Runners as their agent for Tasmania to demand the whereabouts of our parcel and go and pick it up form the depot. We will never engage either company again.

My package was held by the courier since 1 Sept 2017, and I am still waiting for it until today. I called their office and the lady was so rude! I was put on hold and when I asked if she prefer to call me back when she's free, all I got was a cold "NO" and was put on hold longer. Awful. Ordered online and shoes came USED dirty soles, stretched to shape of a foot, marked and smelly. Emailed about this and was simply told to return them and they’d pay return postage. Two weeks later got an email confirming return (not including postage!!) and it’s been nearly a month and I’m yet to receive the money

never had such a bad experience with a retailer. Ordered pair of trainers on 30/12/2018 with dilevery timeframe between 07.01.2019 and 09.01.2018. Called on company on 08.01.2019 and found that order is not shipped and they dont know when it will be shipped. Emailed on 11.01.2019 and got a response =》I apologise for the dleay with this and we do not have an ETA on this at the moment but I will keep an eye on this and give you an update as soon as I can. Called on 14.01.2019 and have same response. What's going on?

Returned some running shorts that I didn’t like the length. Opened packaging, tried on quickly, immediately returned to plastic bag and started return process. Rabbit says they are unable to process return as they were moist upon arrival and obviously worn. Nope, Rabbit they weren’t. Would not recommend this company. Selling clothes online should have a tremendous return policy, especially for the amount they are charging for running shorts.

I recently discovered - of course via Instagram - the apparel of Rabbit. I've become a passionate trail runner over the last two years but infrequently upgrade what I run in and have been dismayed by other retailers' running apparel. With Rabbit, not only is the clothing unique and functional, it's also really flattering, wicks sweat well, and doesn't seem to absorb the smell of sweat at all (how is this possible?). Love the shorts and sports bras - will definitely be buying them again.
