I have been a member of the Albany Creek Leisure centre for almost almost a year now, and although my gym experience has been good, a few things have been bothering me for a while. The air conditioning is always set too hot and the place smells kind of musty, especially in the weights area. The price is good, the staff is excellent and very professional, and there is a wide variety of both cardio and weight equipment. The members are generally friendly too, and always willing to help. The air conditioning is way too hot, especially in winter (the thermometer reads 26-27 degrees). Also, the above mentioned smell :(

I found the staff very friendly when getting started and they have continued to help me during the first few months of my training. The gym itself is a good size and not full of loud groups, plenty of equipment to work with. I haven't used the pools yet but they always look welcoming.

I spent two and a half years doing these exercises religiously and there was no difference in my face at all. Waste of money. Big disappointment. Ok, so I was 59 when I started, so not a spring chicken but after two and a half years I would have expected to see some change. I did them exactly as Carolyn stated, with face cards and video but eventually I gave up. They might work for other people but sadly not for me. I will have to find a different regime which hopefully will give me more success.

I am so happy that I discovered this site. There is a lot you can do to rejuvenate your face without invasive cosmetic procedures and creams that don't really work. The face is composed of many muscles that can be worked to prevent sagging. This site offers workshops as well as an online skype training program. They also have free sample exercises.
