Ordered it on a Tues and I was told I'd receive it Friday. They lied. I received it on Thursday!!! I wish everyone lied to me like that. All kidding aside....I'd buy from this company again without hesitation. And when you're in back pain, every second is an eternity. I used the Stealth roller right away. It's intense but afterward you really do feel great. I've already told two friends about htis product and company and I know for a fact they ordered it. I have not received any incentive, coupon or whatever from this company for this review. This is the strait story. Best of luck.

said i would receive my order between 5-7 business day i called them now I'm receiving my order 11/25/13. You should be more honest with the customer if i knew this i would have ordered some where else or pay to get it faster.

I have purchased multiple products from PTS in the last few years and I have been very happy! In my personal experience I have found they have the best price, shipped in a timely manner and the quality has been excellent. Customer service has always been great and very helpful. I tell all my friends to check them first, I'm unsure of why all the negative reviews. Some of the items I have purchased include, Tenspro (electro therapy kit), heating pads, compression socks, back support pillows and many more items. I have back issues but still love being active. I have purchased Biofreeze from this merchant twice in the past 7 months, and their service has been exemplary. In both cases I received the product within one week of ordering it.

I had a problem with the most recent purchase about 3 weeks ago. I had ordered three tubes of Biofreeze, and when the package arrived, the shipping label was stamped in red "Received Open". It was obvious that the package had been re-taped by someone, but one of the tubes of Biofreeze was missing from the package. I contacted Pro Therapy by phone and reported the incident. After submitting photos of the package (which I was smart enough to take even before I open it), I received a replacement tube of Biofreeze a week later.

I look forward to doing more business with Pro Therapy. Highly recommended.

I waited for EVER for my little order which finally came in yesterday! I called customer service and the woman explained that it was held up in a PO somewhere due to Veteran's Day non delivery. I should have gotten my order WAY BEFORE that could have been a problem. The product is absolutely USELESS! A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! I will not order anything from this company again!!

I needed the product in 8 days so I chose the shipping option that should have got it here by then. They made no indication for 10 days that they no longer had the product in stock and were waiting for another shippment. And to get this information I had to email them asking why it hadn't arrived yet. Overall just poor customer service and communication on their part.

I ordered 4 of the same items with 1-day shipping. I really needed the product. Received an email that only 3 were available. I called about an hour after receiving the email notification and they said that none were available and it was back ordered. I needed it right away so I cancelled my order and did not want to wait for it to be fulfilled. They should have automatically shipped the 3 and back-ordered the 1.
