After months of pain, no sleep and misdiagnois of bursitis and seeing a dodgy chiropractor who told me I was drinking too much coffee, I found Chris at Complete Physio.
He instantly and correctly diagnosed adhesive capsulitis ( he has a masters in this) and injected the shoulder capsule. He explained everything in a knowledgable and very caring manner.
Complete relief, can sleep and 2 months later I'm doing fine. You're in good hands with this company.

Complete Physio (in particular Louise) have been great at helping me with a back injury, eventually recommending a consultant when we decided physio wasn’t enough and further treatment was needed. I am now a few months post surgery, and with Louise’s help I am feeling so much stronger and even better, pain free! Combing physio with Pilates has really helped, and I couldn’t recommend the team enough.

I sustained a lower back injury in December 2019. Given that this had a severe impact on my ability to train, I attended Complete Physio on the advice of my personal trainer.

Emerson (one of the physios at Complete Physio) was excellent at identifying the underlying problem and prescribing a set of exercises that - over a period of six weeks - resulted in a full recovery.

Of particular note is that Emerson focussed on two or three exercises each week. This meant it was easy to remember them and to actually do them. Each week we slowly progressed to more challenging exercises as my recovery progressed.

I've been seeing various physiotherapists around the City of London on for years now, mainly in connection with my hamstring tendonopathy, back and shoulder pains. With Complete Physio I've made more progress in four weeks than in two years with two other clinics. I'm very satisfied, even more so that I'm writing this while in lockdown and considering I've only seen my physiotherapist once, all subsequent appointments were on WhatsApp. I would recommended the clinic and Jonathan Codling in particular to everyone.

The physiotherapist I have always seen for consultations -- quite a number by now -- is Emerson Fernandez, and he is brilliant. He always has the right diagnosis,he always seems to give me the right exercises, and the results have always been perfect. It's also very pleasant to chat with him.

Having been coming here since January 2016 and Louise and Chris never disappoint.

I was given a cortisone inject into the tissue around my hip because it was inflamed and so painful with 1/2 hour it had made such a difference. This was fantastic and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this. Dave is a very competent and trustworthy professionals and knows what he is doing.

I found the therapist very easy to communicate with, she treated me incrementally so as not to risk further damage, she used different techniques and explained what she was doing and what to expect. I was given reasonable exercises to do and her estimate of how long it would take to recover was correct. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Good service, the physiotherapist knew what he was doing and offered some good advice which helped me get back in shape.

I saw Chris for the first time last week to get a cortisone injection into my groin for adductor tendonopathy.
He immediately found the problem area by ultrasound scanning and injected it successfully.
5 days later now and the pain has almost gone. (hopefully it will stay that way!)
Chris was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. Very competitive costs for a self payer.
Recommended. Hopefully I won’t need to visit him again for a while tho!

I've seen the same physiotherapist for two separate injuries, one which was extremely complicated. He was unbelievably professional, and, in contrast to two previous physios I previously consulted with, managed to restore me to full health.
