Getting through to customer service was a little difficult. Since there were not CS reps available, I had to leave a message. I would have preferred to wait on line. Instead of waiting for a callback, I tried again and got through. My personal preference is to have the option of holding and leaving a message.

This is the second or third phone I can't remember that I bought from this company it's always been on time just like they said it would be and always in good condition no complaints here!!! Highly recommend will continue to do business here

Glad to see that there is a main website online for phones and above all that they have the most excellent customer service around the Internet and I think I can compare them to the level of amazon... I spoke with Melvin the other day cuz I couldn't get my phone activated and he was so kind enough to help my try and make phone call and see if it works and yet he was very helpfull and now I have a well functioning phone!!!

I ordered the Google Pixel. They shipped it out on Wednesday and contacted me letting me know it would be by me by friday afternoon. The tracking number appeared to show that the item was not coming till tuesday. They asked me to keep them informed on the situation. It hadnt arrived on friday and emailed them letting them know. They overnighted a new one to me that same day. The second one was delivered on Saturday. The shipping issue was the fault of USPS, not by cell2get and totally understood that. I respect the fact that they were willing to take the hit on the overnight shipping to keep their word and the customer happy.

I was looking for a Motorola v3xx recently. They had a comeback and are pretty in style / trendy rn. A local shop was selling them for about 299 a piece. I knew there had to be somewhere better to purchase from online, and that's when I found cell2get. I bought a refurbished one for a fraction of what I could find it for elsewhere. I got the phone and it looks brand new to me. I am a happy customer.

A loved one surprised me with a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note phone for my 30th. While I was more than thankful for this generous gift, I could not see myself carrying around such a large phone all the time. I gave cell2get a call and explained the situation. They swapped my note for a more normal sized S model of equal value with free shipping.

i ordered a cell phone on Tuesday and ask for overnight shipping and to void the signature usps did try to deliver the package on Wednesday but apparently they left a notice that they missed me. later on i found out the package required signature. i clearly ask cell2get to void the signature i contact customer service and found out due to the high insurance on the package signature could not be voided ened up going to usps to pick up my delivery on the good side phone works great and very nice condition

the phone arrive very quick but received it locked I needed it to use it in Germany and when I arrived there the phone was asking for unlocking code thank god the company was very responsive and helped me to get the phone unlocked right away so now I am ok but the only bummer that I was 2 days with out a phone

Iv had the same Motorola razr for 6 years and when it broke wanted the same one again. went searching on google and found out these guys sell them so decided to get the same old black one. phone came in about a week and was in great condition i was a little surprised since its such an old phone. would recommend these guys to anyone i know.

Purchased a phone, paid to have phone shipped over night, a week later received wrong phone, sent me an international phone, had to go round and round with them after I initially placed the order and used a card, and they said it was cancelled. FINALLY I received the phone a week later. I then shipped the phone back, apparently I was never charged for the phone, invoice was never done, owner couldn't believe I returned the phone and because of my honesty in returning the phone the owner promised me a 25.00 gift card from Amazon (5 months ago) to which was never received, go figure. Stay away, far, far away from this company.

I had a galaxy note for a while now and i finally decided i needed something more reasonably sized so i sold it and got a Galaxy s8 from these guys. I ordered a new s8, I got a new s8 and was super easy to set everything up. Would use these guys in the future.

Very professional store easy to find the product also when I recived the phone it was not working with my service provider not due cell2get fault cell2get been great and they exchanged the phone in less then 2 days customer support is great and easy to reach by phone

My sons been bugging me to get his first phone for about a year now and finally decided id get him one but wasn't trying to spend a lot of money. I had gotten my last phone from this site and remember seeing a few cheap older Samsung smartphones. Ended up getting him a galaxy s4 and with the free shipping phone came in exactly one week. happy with my purchase and so is my son.

My son had recently lost his phone while he was at a basketball game with some friends. He needed to get a new phone right away so he can stay in contact with me and many of his friends and family. I came across cell2get and i called them and asked them a few questions and they were very helpful and happy to help. i ordered a phone for a great price and it came on time and everything was perfect. i had called cell2get to ask them a couple questions my son had about setting up his phone and they took care of everything i needed, i would definitely buy from cell2get again.

After 5 years my dad finally agreed to switch from his old flip phone to a smartphone. I went to cell2get right away after my great experience from when i bought my own smartphone. I found my dad a good quality, and fairly priced smartphone and ordered it. after a couple of days i received the phone and i opened it just to make sure everything looked good. everything was perfect as i expected and i gave it to my dad the next week and h hasn't been able to put it down since. will absolutely be using cell2get in the future

My cousin had recently broken his phone while he was out playing sports, since his birthday was coming up me and his siblings decided to all chip in to buy him a new phone. At first we couldn’t find the phone we were looking for, for a good price. After doing a little bit of searching, we found cell2get.com, we found the phone for an amazon price and placed our order right away. It came as expected thankfully, just in time for my cousins birthday, and he couldn’t be happier with his new phone!

I bought a new s7 edge on this site it came after 10 days to my address and thank you Jennifer for the update on my delivery!!! Overall i really do recommend buying cellphones on this website!

i purchased a brand new note 8 from this website !!! at the beginning i was amazed from the prices and i just had to give it a shot ! after purchasing the phone it came to my address just after 4 days after the purchase online !!! (via priority) thanks for the great customer service that kept me updated on the delivery of the phone ! and the website itself is easy to use they have a huge selection of phones and they really are great with excellent prices! the package came in a perfect condition it was sealed with the smell of a brand new product ! and im a very pleased customer from now on only buying from them !!
