Cell Phone Cases

I ordered two cell phone cases. I DID NOT receive an order confirmation. The first communication with this seller was my email asking WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER! It was three days before they shipped my order.

Placed an order December 1, Saturday. Order arrived at their shipper (DHL) on December 5. Ok, Saturday (December 2) and Sunday (December 3) probably should be forgiven as many merchants don't process orders on weekends. I assume this merchant fully learned of the order on Monday, December 3. My payment account was debited on December 3. My order should be in a queue for the Monday order pulling workload. Me, I expect the order to be ready for pickup by December 3, close of business. As of December 8 information, the order arrived at DHL distribution center on December 5 (not December 3), and it departed about 24 hours later. So far, it hasn't arrived and no major issues. We'll see.

I purchased 5 lightening cables.
I tried 2 and they did not work.
I called 5 times and contacted customer support 5 times and never received return instructions.
Had to contact my credit card to dispute charges.

We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase.
