Ordered product on Sunday, it was delivered on Friday. Haven't had a chance to inspect or use the item, but the box looks undamaged, and it is in the manufacturer's box.

Have dealt with Central for $6000.00+ items and items under $5.00! The sales reps and technical advisers have always been spot on! Thought the part I ordered was in your stock,but infact you had to get it from hobart themselves,and a week later it has not even been shipped to you, so it wont be to me for atleast another week on top of that.

I have searched for years for these oven gloves; Bakery suppliers couldn't come close. When looking for oven gloves, on the internet, you are amazed at their price upwards of $20 per glove and they won't stand up to these in durability. I will be returning.

I bought a utility cart and the product was damaged on one shelf. I was able to make it work but the packing of the product could be better, so the product wouldn't be damaged in shipping.

I was told this was a 7 shelf rack, and what I got was 1 shelf I will be returning it once I can find out from them how. I was told via an email from them that this was the rack, and the single shelf was another orders. I can send you the email if wanted.

I have been looking for these products for a while and finally found just what have been looking for, they were sent to me within 3 days and they work great and would recommend your products to anybody. I will be putting another order in soon because i am that please with the products I purchased. Box store products are just to much an imitation wanna be.
