Days prior to our trip, we called Cheap Caribbean customer service. After waiting 56 minutes on hold, we pressed one for a return call. Well, now the trip is completed, we are still awaiting the return call. If you love poor customer service, you will love this company. We will no longer book thru this outfit.

I booked a vacation online and I had to cancel because of the COVID-19 the same day within the 24 hours window according to their policy and I did not get a refund back as promised and I had to fight with my bank for it that is disgusting

After waiting on hold for over 4 hours the travel agent was rushed and less than helpful answering my questions related to rescheduling a trip. I am now waiting on a reply via email to clarify my questions. I am dreading having to call back knowing that I will again wait on hold for an extended length of time and may not get the answers I need!

The agent Carole was very helpful, I found our vacation $1600 cheaper than American Airlines vacations, the same flights , same hotel.in American Airlines, Carole provided me with direct phone number to help me for all my need , thank you great service.

I think the customer should provide representative with the booking info and the rep should then end the call. Then make reservation and call customer back and provide that info. We were on the phone over 45 mins, much of it was on hold.

Long hold times up to 2 hours does not do the price match guarantee I wish I would have booked somewhere else

Tried to change my reservation 10 days prior to my Mexico trip which was canceled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Cheap Caribbean blocked my email on multiple occasions, didn't respond to any email correspondence from myself and the other individual on the itinerary, then proceeded to have a representative call me and badger me when I charged back after said multiple failed attempts.

I had 24 hours to cancel or make changes. Within 18 hrs of booking I needed to make a change and have been on hold for days. I am typically on hold for 2.5 hours then get disconnected. Then I start again and wait another 2 hours then get disconnected again.
I would like to make a change but since there is no one to take my multiple calls, the 24 hr time frame has passed. i have contacted my financial institution to file a possible fraudulent charge from Cheapcaribbean.com.

I have continued to wait on hold everyday.

I will be going forward with the fraudulent claim with my banking institution and will contact the BBB.

Could not get through on 3 separate occasions after being on hold for over 148min each. When it was my turn, I would get disconnected.I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO ANSWER as well. I booked through cheapcaribbean at the end of May and was assured my hotel would be opened for my travel between June 21st-28th. I prepaid. Found out 1 week later that is wasn't. No one contacted me and and a can't get a hold of anyone. I finally cancelled trip through the website but it says it take 3 months to even have someone look into getting a refund. I am very disappointed.

Sold a Hotel for a June 18 trip to Cancun. 2 days later I find out the hotel has been closed and will remain closed until August. Tried calling to find out what to do, was on hold for hours and never spoke to a human. Emailed them with no response. Several days later and after filing a BBB complaint I was finally contacted by them. By the time they contacted me I had went to a different company and booked a hotel for my vacation. Then they told me they would refund my money, within 60 days!

The hotel had been closed for months before I booked this short notice trip. The hotel had also announced they would not reopen until August prior to my booking the trip. I did not know any of this until after I had booked. Cheap Caribbean is STILL selling reservations to this hotel even today.

Jeff is amazing and he was very patient with men I have definitely saved his extension to continue to book with him. He made it very easy for me to understand and I told him once what I wanted and he made it happen!
