I was looking for some good chocolate for a project and had zero access where I am. It is normally too hot to even think about shipping chocolate, but when I found out that Chocoley mailed it in insulated boxes with ice I knew I had to at least take the chance. It worked great! I finished my project and am looking forward to my next order.

Web site froze and had to wait a day to place my order, but I have ordered from them for several years with great satisfaction.

Although I haven't actually used the product yet in candy making, I tasted all of the chocolate and it seems to be good quality for the money I paid for it. The shipping is expensive but I did save on the chocolate I purchased. Once I use the products, I can follow-up on the results.

I have been a customer of Chocoley for about 12 years...back when they offered white chocolate couverture and sugar free compound chocolates and were having contests to come up with a name for the now “drizzle & design”. I have purchased every medium of their chocolates & found them superior to competitors. The chocolates are sooooo good that I find myself eating by the handfuls. Although I own a tempering machine, I find myself ordering the compound chocolates more often as I’m last minute sometimes with orders and the compound chocolates require less melting time and also because the company no longer offers couverture in white chocolate. Of the few times I’ve had to contact customer service, they’ve always been friendly, helpful and VERY knowledgeable of their products, a major plus for me. As for shipping, I’m fortunate to live in SC and always receive my order the next day. And when they say all orders received by 4, ship out the same day, they are true to their word as I’ve placed and order or two at the top of the hour and it was shipped the same day. Any bad reviews about Chocoley chocolates has got to be user error. Please come out with another sugar free brand perhaps made with stevia for my diabetic customers. As well, go back to offering your customers that don’t sell high volumes of chocolates discounts as opposed to making everyone join VIP membership to benefit from savings.

I bought 2 items from the website and received them quickly. The tempering stone is beautiful and can't wait to use it. I even called up chocoley with a question and they were very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am always on the lookout for good chocolate to make my Christmas candy. My source in town went out of business, so I decided to take a chance and look online to see what was available. I came upon the Chocoley website. It had great information and I decided to buy a portion of what I needed for this year, just to try it. My order arrived in 2 days, without expedited shipping costs. I ordered the white and milk chocolate for my fondue machines and it worked so well-all I had to do was melt the chocolate in the microwave for 4 mins. and pour in the fondue machine-NO OIL WAS NEEDED. I called and spoke to Jessica (cust. service) and she was soooo cheerful and helpful. I ordered the chocolate on a Monday and got it on a Wednesday-SUPER FAST SHIPPING. I'll definitely buy it again. I'm a customer for life!!!!!!

Been dealing with chocoley, about 3 yrs. They have never dropped the ball on a order yet. If they say the order was shipped, then it was done. For me that is all I ask, just do what you tell a customer your going to do and they always have. As for their chocolate products , I feel its a quality product for a fair price.

I had planned to use my chocolate fountain for the first time for a family party, especially for the kids. I ordered 1 tub of the milk chocolate nibs for the chocolate fountain and we received it within two days. I never used the chocolate fountain or melted chocolate before so if this failed, I would have been so embarrassed. I placed the fountain indoors on the counter and I followed the melting instructions on the tub lid. I preheated the fountain then poured in the melted liquid goodness. Easy as pie! The chocolate flowed perfectly. It was nice and smooth and creamy and delicious. Turns out it was a hit and everyone loved it. Only problem was I should have ordered more!! Will order again soon and definitely recommend chocoley to all!
