We had a poor experience with the installer however both Stefan and Denise from choices flooring have been very helpful in getting things fixed up.

It does demonstrate a lot about a company who are willing to fix these kinds of things

Recently had the house recarpeted by Choice, Sunbury. Very good service, good advice. Reasonable price. Excellent measure up. Carpet layers turned up on time , did a good job & tidied up afterwards. We are very pleased. Thank you.

he service at Albion park was disgusting, have a major problem with the way the floor was lay , they won't step up to their responsibility, after I went in there to talk again about the problem the manager stood so close to me and was over speaking in my face I had to walk out due to heart problems as I was so embarrassed and upset

They were saying this in normal and next they was saying that we have taken these out ourselves

After many many months, two telephone calls and two instore visits Choices Hornsby have fixed my problem with poorly laid carpet about one year ago.

Purchased a wool berber carpet from choices Flooring in Niddrie Vic October 2017 and can't speak highly enough of their service. Sales Staff in Store,person measuring and quoting, and carpet layer all very professional and pleasant to do business with. I am happy I chose to do business with these people and will call them again next time I need flooring.

Last Friday I sent a message through their web site asking one of their staff to ring me back to discuss their flooring options and prices. This morning, being Monday a sales man did ring me. As I talked with him on the phone he sounded abrupt and got annoyed with me when I told him their prices were too expensive and more than I could afford to pay.

I ended our phone conversation after a short period of time as they were too expensive for my budget but he did not hung up his phone properly. Before I hung up my phone I could hear him in the background talking to other sales staff about me. He was saying things with a rude undertone that were incorrect .
I will never visit the Blacktown shop for advice or to obtain a quote if this is how they treat potential customers. This mans behaviour shows he was really not interested in making a sale. There was no need for his rude comments once he thought I was not listening to him on the phone. I was shocked that a sales person did not realise they had not hung up their phone properly and went on to speak about me to other colleagues.

I just got my carpet installed by 2 great guys Allen and Toke. They turned up punctually and took their time doing a great job.

In the store Marty was very patient and answered all my questions and was informative and helpful without being at all "sales-ey". He let me take samples home and take all the time I needed to weigh up options

The website is not very helpful, it is inconsistent within itself, not especially intuitive to use or informative and doesn't include many of the carpet and wood flooring options that are available instore so far better to visit the store in person.

What a great bunch of people not.one but 3 times choice flooring coffs harbour has gotten me.out of trouble, the last two times mandy has done out of her way to make sure I got what I needed at the price I could afford, also going out of her way to make conversation even themru this hard time of social distancing. A huge thankyou from me and my family

Excellent hard wearing product, so impressed with the lady that helped me decide on colour etc (Denise) she made a daunting job so much easier and she didn't mind that it took me ages to decide after taking lots of samples home.

Our Eternity stain resistance carpet (18 months old) is far from stain resistant,
we had to move furniture recently and found timber stains on the carpet, I also moved a large red glass vase that I had (never had water in it) under the vase there was a pinkish stain, after contacting the store and the manufacturer we were told there was nothing wrong with the carpet,
I have had the furniture for years on lighter carpet and it never stained.
10 year warranty on stains is rubbish and the after market service was terrible

There has been several gaps in the laminate floor that was installed (Choices flooring in Fountain Gate) and it has been nearly a year but no one came to fix the problem although they said someone would do it. Wondering if the jobs are being outsourced and the person in charge is uncontactable.

Had vinyl flooring laid in the lounge dining at my sons unit , I had asked for something hard wearing , It has only been down since June and has developed a bulge in the middle of the floor , I rang the cannon hill store and was told someone would ring me back , they didn't , It took another 2 days and me ringing every day before it was arranged for the installer to take a look . He said there was nothing wrong with the installation and took photos and said the owner would be in touch. 2 days later I have to ring again ,as don't have the decency to ring me . Have just been told if I want it fixed I will have to pay more money .
The bulge is in the middle of the floor where there isn't any furniture, It has not been misused , or mistreated . As was suggested by store owner , as it was rented to my other son , who is near 30 . I would not recommend them to anyone , as once they have your money , they don't want to know you .

Thankfully, the Totness/Mount Barker South Australia Choices Flooring must be one of the better franchises.
I have had them replace a lot of 11 year old tatty carpet, and 44 year old dreadful flaking lino, which my builders kindly took up. I chose Kamdean loose lay vinyl tiles; "Indiana," which is vaguely like a random stone pattern. Vinyl is apparently very hardy.
It was well laid and is looking good. It is comfortable to walk on. Cool, but not cold or hard. It is not showing wear or dents from my computer chair.
It had to be done in two batches. As a retired person, my idea is to have as much easy care flooring as possible. And so it has turned out to be. It looks great and doesn't show the dust. Easy to mop over.
The showroom staff, the man who measured up, and the installers were all very good.
Unfortunately I have a lot of doors in my passage way, and it was very fiddly for the installers to get right. They did a great job, but it is far easier for them to do large swathes of flooring. They get paid the same rate per square metre regardless. It didn't seem quite fair.
My biggest problem with the new flooring is that my 8 year old standard poodle has taken to walking backwards over the new flooring. She seems unsure of her footing in forward mode. I have had to leave a few mats down so she can turn around. Can't have everything.

A job that was going to take a day took over a week due to the supplier (Melbourne) not sending the right amount of material needed. Apart from that, we're happy with the end result.

Purchased 6 patio blinds from Hervey Bay store, all around 3.5mtr wide, they have never fitted properly, All the alluminium rollers had to be replaced with steel ones because they bowed under the weight, they still bow. All of the gear boxes have had to be replaced because they fell apart, also all of the windup handles went rusty and they are powder coated. They have never fitted properly and two guys came out to try to adjust them. They said they were out of level and not fitted properly in the first place or our house has moved, They used a laser leve to get the levels but sat the level on the BBQ table which is not level to start with. They drilled more holes in the side rails to adjust the pins, now there are extra holes doing nothing, this just made them worse. One of the blinds they said was 13mm out so dropped one side by 13 mm and now it is way out of line and just useless. Complained to the store sales manager and he sent another most arrogant young person i have ever met to check them. He never stopped saying how good they have been to us and we should be grateful. He couldn't even use a level, he used a 1mtr level to measure one small section of the 3.5mtr roof span and said it looked a little bit out so multiply that by 3.5 times and its going to be a long way out, so he said the other guys were right to drop it by13mm and drill more holes for the others. What he didn't realize was one end of the level he was using was sitting on the fibro roof joint, what a joke. He said one of the reasons they don't fit properly is the brick pillars are not level, there are 7 of them in a row are ALL, apparently are wider at the bottom than at the top, figure that one out if you can. Anyway his last remakes were. "well that's the best your going to get because of the 3.5mtr span, well why did they sell them to me in the first place if they new they were not suitable for the job. I have had a builder friend help me measure all levels and they are all just about spot on. So i have taken photos of the levels and measurements and going back to the store tomorrow. Not expecting a good reception. Would not buy anything from this store their product are sub standard, and staff don't have a clue and are very arrogant. I will add that they cost almost $6000.00 for 5 blinds. Has to be the worst store i have aver dealt with. Stay away Gave it a one rating because you can't give zero.

I am so pleased we went with Smith’s of Mornington Choices Flooring. We shopped around and many businesses added on charges for a variety of things - Smith’s quote was all inclusive. The carpet layers were prompt, efficient and friendly. Communication from the store was excellent and I would recommend this family owned store to anyone without reservation.

We called three separate businesses for quotes- Anthony Fong from Choices Flooring, Silverwater (NSW) was approachable, prompt, and supplied an honest quote (unlike one other, who's measurements were significantly greater!!).Communication was great. The carpet arrived as organised and laid efficiently and professionally- no disappointments and no surprises. I can highly recommend Choices flooring Silverwater.

Contacted Choices Flooring Forster Tuesday afternoon as the heavy rain ruined our carpet in a bedroom of our rental property. Guests arriving two days later on Friday. Chose a nice wool carpet that was in stock. Although they were very busy they squeezed us in and the carpet was installed Thursday morning. Brilliant. Looks great. All the staff were so helpful. Definitely recommend.
