We have been using Cin7 for about few months now. We find it very easy to use. It suits our Business needs as well. Moreover it integrates very well with Xero.The support that Cin7 Offers is Fantastic. The Tech Support Staff is very efficient. I am more than happy to recommend Cin7 to anyone.

We wish to receive your call tomorrow to discuss about the pricing , if your decision is too harsh , then please get someone to discuss instead of discussing with "" account manager " no space of discussion. As the similar content from email you sent it over.

I try to call , but the only person to discuss is the "account manager" , however, it seems your appointed account manager would compromise in this matter.

As a result , cin7 continue to increase your price tremendously every year.

We have been with cin7 for 5 months now and so far we love it. The program is simple and easy. We like the simple organization of everything with-in the system. Very self explanatory. There's so many opportunities with cin7 to be able to keep track of information and manage inventory. When we joined we had no idea how much cin7 really had to offer. From the B2B site to the easy integrations with our website, we are definitely a satisfied customer. The only things that would improve our experience is we wish there was the ability to make items a different price within a size grid. For example our shirts we get in sizes X-Small to XX-Large and our XX-Large shirts cost more so the only option I have is to create another product for the XX-Large or just take note of it elsewhere for book keeping. Also it would be great to see an option that allows you to discount your products and it get pushed over to our integration which is shopify.

We have been with CIN7 since June this year. We have had fantastic support to assist with working the programme. It has assisted us greatly with stock control & purchasing.
We have had a few issue's with stock locations etc, but the team support at CIN7 fixed issue's quickly and efficiently. It works very well with xero and it is a absolute ease to work with this product. Overall very happy we decided to go forward with CIN7. Looking forward to see CIN7 grow. Cheers

We transitioned to CIN7 in December and are fully using this system now. We love the integration between detailed reporting and connection of our EDI/API's. Since we deal with Northern & Southern Hemisphere customers this has really helped keep efficiency within our business and allowing our small team to have time to focus on the things that matter not just administration. It is very easy to use and such an easy workflow.
Although there were quite a few teething issues & regular bugs which is understandable, the process of on boarding could be further outlined in a little more detail- would be my only recommendation.
We can't wait to see what other great integrations that will be added!

In December and into the New Year we transitioned all our back-end systems over to Cin-7. Although we experienced the expected teething issues and frustrations when integrating onto a new system, we love what Cin-7 can offer us. In terms of stock management, reporting systems, user friendliness, etc. it gives us a broader, more precise system that has expanded our daily capabilities.
As my colleague and I were not experienced with system changeover we loved the support we were initially offered to get the program live, but felt we needed more support to discuss the issues we were having once live.

We have been with CIN7 for many years now. It does keep track of your stock and inventory accurately. While the interface is "clunky" it does work.

My major concern currently is support:

1) Support of recent times has become woefully bad.

2) It is now taking sometimes over a week for Support to actually look at your issue and respond.

3) You follow CIN7 up ask for a response with.......no response.

Roobuck Australia has been using CIN7 couple months ago and we love it.
Very great customer services team!! We find it very easy to use and the technique team is fantastic. It integrates with Xero perfectly. Now I highly recommend CIN7 to others.

My company has been using Cin7 for about 6 months. Our business is very complex with clothing retail, manufacturing, and wholesale. We also sell goods on consignment in our retail store. This is a complicated, multi-branch, business. Cin7 is possibly the only affordable software that can make my business manageable. I believe a single software solution is better than a messy integration of POS software and separate inventory management software.

That said, Cin7 does have a ways to go in development and I believe some processes (like production) could be designed to require less manual work. Additionally I would like to have the ability to partially ship large sales orders without being forced to create a new backorder sales order - this is due to strict invoicing requirements of large wholesale customers. Finally, I believe the consignment sales workflow could be improved.

I'm very interested to see how Cin7 develops in the near future. I have high hopes.

I've used several and looked at dozens of systems in the last fifteen years, and recently switched to Cin7 for my two retail businesses - both a fusion of brick and mortar and ecommerce (using shopify platform). Cin7 is robust and well designed, and relatively easy to learn and use. Its highlight is inventory management - quite advanced, and at the same time free of unnecessary complications. While there is a learning curve for any new software or system, Cin7 works, for me at least, refreshingly smoothly and logically. Onboarding process was efficient, and Joey was always available to teach and answer questions. I highly recommend Cin7.

Worst software company ever , The last 4 months have been a nightmare and Cin7 have made a mess of our data and Shopify website by duplicating all the products and showing incorrect stock ( not the data from our stocktake ) then telling us we need to fix it putting pressure on our resources.

I have spend so much time trying to fix up the issues and chasing up assistance .
Good start up with unsatisfactory service and assistance. Nothing has been properly linked to our website ( after 4 months of daily phonecalls and hours of our time) so all our orders require me to call and apologise to the client and spend hours substitute stock for every order.
I'm dealing with someone great now ( after complaining ) but hes finding it difficult to fix the mess made by previous staff .
They told us before we signed up they could link it to shopify and would take care of it as part of the onboarding price but completely messed it up and have left us with the mess and the cost to fix it.

We signed up in Dec 2019 and the support after the sale is non existent. I have several questions on setting up our system and when I call I can only leave messages, 2 weeks and still no call back. I can speak to my integration contact but he does not have answers for all my questions and puts in support requests, no answers there either. If this is indication of how this company supports after the sale I would say go somewhere else and find a company that actually interacts with clients after signup. I don't have time to wait to talk to integrations once a week to get my issues resolved. Most answers quote the website sales pitch...I need real answers not sales pitch on how Cin 7 works.

April 17 2020---Follow up: After several months of testing we had to go live even though we had unanswered questions. Unfortunately, I have had zero help since. I have accounting errors with my QuickBooks and pricing error within Cin7 back end and POS. Now, we are left on our own. No call backs, you have to leave a message since they take no calls. Plus no return emails...if they do they are very late in day and I am at home (USA time). No support while I am at work, not really 24 hour support.

Oh, I bet I'll get a faster reply to this post than I will from Tech support.

We are constantly shaving off hours of admin time every month by implementing more and more functionality with Cin7 and its integration with our accounting software and eCommerce platforms. Highly recommended.

We have been using CIN7 for almost two years and I still highly recommend it. Not only has it been instrumental in managing the various aspects of our business effectively, but it is also very easy to use and for new staff to learn. Technical support is excellent - very reliable and always willing to assist us in creating solutions to meet our needs as the business has grown.

We have been using CIN7 for 9 months now. We trialed pretty much all the XERO compatible inventory platforms leading up to our final decision. We do a lot of serial number tracked capital equipment sales and CIN7 does this well.

This is a powerful tool with loads of features. It can be daunting at first but once the user interfaces became natural there is so much informational readily available at your fingertips with just a few clicks.

My biggest gripe is what was nothing short of woeful on boarding experience. The training was rubbish to put it bluntly. Our training was by an under skilled trainer and what I thought was just a quick intro turned out to be the full training package. They completely messed up our XERO integration and fell well short of the promised help here. Simple truth is, if we weren’t used to doing all our own in house support we would have been screwed. If you are not tech savvy with a good in house IT knowledge don’t use this program. Most times we have to hand support on a platter the issue before they can fix it. We did get there in the end though.

Now back to positives.
- Customer database is noted as a CRM and it offers a lot of options above a standard database.
- Smart buyer is awesome.
- Updating and loading of data is sooooo simple. Load by CSV or export CSV, change info and copy past straight back in. So easy.
- Quoting. One of few systems with images available on quotes.
- images also carry across to the bolt on B2B module
- B2B. We haven’t gone live yet and it’s not perfect but so good that it’s all integrated and info feeds straight across. Customer log in panel is great and they can view all invoices processed through the B2B and any manually entered.
- mail servers built in are great
- payment gateway. Just implementing now, but it seem like it will be very good, although a little pricey.
- reports are good, although no-one ever trained us on how to use them so still working it out. There’s a bit of negative again. Woeful training. Did I mention the training and onboarding was terrible.
- Integrations. There are so many but I will need to give up my first born child to afford all the ones I want. Did I mention it can be very expensive if you want the trimmings. Negotiate the hell out out the deal at the start. Work out what you want up front, cause there is not fixed pricing guide and you have to work for a deal. There’s that negative again.

All up. Look this is a super powerful program. If you are a small to mid size company and you wanting feature that only the big boys years ago would have, then this is a great option. We are in a modern era where smaller players can utilise programs like this and XERO for a competitive edge without having to spend tens of thousand of dollars.

It’s not a one size fits all though, so make sure the strengths of this program work for your business. Short list and do trials of your final two or three systems and understand them. Have trust in the fact that many of the features that don’t make sense now one day will. You will go, ahh that’s why they do it that way. It is a well built program, but learning it can be a challenge. Big learning curve but well worth it for us.

Hope this helps someone. I spent so much time on these dam reviews when we were looking. All the systems have pros and cons and none of them are perfect including this one, but it is very good.
