We had to use this company a few times and honestly NEVER use them. There have been quite a few bad experiences in the 6 months that we were using them as our courier but the two most notable have to be the time when they gave our package (with a value of over £400) to a random person who wasn't even working for the company who were meant to receive the package. When we phoned them they just said "we gave it to a builder who looked eastern European" and that was it, they just gave this valuable package to a random person and didn't even get his name instead of the NAMED CONTACT we gave them with a phone number. Of couse, this person stole the goods and city sprint refused liability. The other one happened when we booked a very expensive direct delivery to be done at a particular time as the job was very time sensitive. 2 and a half hours after the time they were supposed to pick up there was still no sign so I called. They said, "oh sorry the driver was ill, we were meant to schedule another one but we forgot". We paid almost £100 to be told that they just "forgot". In short, it's the most unprofessional place going, you'd be better off getting a blind carrier pigeon to deliver your goods.

This company is AWFUL. so many Bad reviews. The only few "Good" Reviews are from Staff/Admin and Company Owners. The government MUST close this Scam Business. They keep posting 100s of ads on various sites to catfish more and more clients. Shameless Parasites. Absolute Filthy People. Avoid ..

THE WORST COURIER ON EARTH Avoid this company like the plague! We hired them to pickup and deliver a package to us from less than a mile away. The courier dropped the package off at a completely different house and Citysprint have said they can't retrieve the parcel. They have also refused to refund the cost of package even though they admit it was their fault. AVOID!

Used their same day courier service. Driver arrives on time to collect. Item handed to them immediately at door. CitySprint own systems show arrival at 10:36 and collection at 10:38. Driver arrives at delivery at 12:44 and items shown delivered at 12:48 - again times are from CitySprint own tracking systems. Surprised to find extra charge on charge 2 days later for £7 for "waiting time". Driver has claimed for 6 minutes waiting time on collection and 8 minutes waiting time at delivery, despite true "waiting" time being far less. The 14 minutes waiting charged puts waiting time over a threshold (i believe 11 minutes) so all waiting time is then charged - hence the additional fee. Raised concerns of possible fraud with their customer team and got a generic "we're refunding you" email. No concern at all that driver was able to charge for additional non-existent waiting time, or that billing systems permitted them to do so when official timings showed otherwise. To clarify i have no issues with there being charges for excess waiting time. My problem here is that the driver falsely claimed waiting time that didn't exist, and the company don't seem to care. Delivery itself was fine but serious concerns regarding billing practices. Would suggest do not use them, but if you do be extra vigilent for charges after the event and make sure to make note of all timings and take screenshots of all tracking events from their tracking page. If you've previously been charged for waiting time then go into the app and check all the job timings to make sure you haven't also been charged falsely.

I met one of your drivers, Shaun, whilst he was delivering to my pharmacy in South Wales on behalf of our suppliers. He was very polite and extremely helpful at a time that we were under so much pressure. He observed social distancing which was reassuring and most of all he was able to diffuse a situation that occurred between 2 customers at our store. Above and beyond compared to our usual drivers.

Clearly somebody that enjoys his job which is a credit to city sprint.

Hopefully we will see him again soon but if not, thank you for such a happy driver!

Excellent delivery service with 5 deliveries done on the same day.

Lack of customer support from account manager after CitySprint lost two deliveries. No sympathy for their error after a drawn out and unsatisfactory compensation claim.

Based on recent experiences i wouldn't recommend their services.

just had a delivery today via city sprint from wickes, the driver was very good helped me get paving in, he was very respectful and polite, I could not rate him higher, thank you so much for your help. shame I could not post this direct to city sprint so you could give the driver my thanks.

Absolutely shocking driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address, said a driver would pick it up and deliver it next day & I would also have a call from a manager. Next day has arrived parcel isn’t going to be delivered and no call from a manager I have waited in two evenings and still no parcel and out of pocket. And to top it off THIS courier is still yet to reply to the company I have ordered from in regards to this issue. This situation is a joke and company doesn’t seem bothered in rectifying there mistake!!!!

I have bought an item at currys pc world and it was supposed to be delivered today between 6-10pm....the tracker shows that the driver is in the same place the whole time and i got an update saying that my parcel was deliver at 7pm and signed by me? How is that possible. I never received the delivery and never signed anything. Absolutely terrible service for which i paid, now i have to deal with this unfortunately and find out where my parcel is....i agree with most people here and do not recommend this company.

Pretty much every time we book a delivery with CitySprint (where I schedule the pick up for the next day) I get a phone call about 5 minutes before the pickup is supposed to take place saying they have too many orders and the pickup is going to be delayed. A few times the delay has been so bad that we've missed the deadline for getting our print to the desired destination. When it runs smoothly, CitySprint is fine, but a lot of the time it doesn't (for us at least). Also the phone call we get when we're told there's a delay to our pickup is always quite frustrating because the person on the phone can never give details about when, realistically, the pickup will actually take place.
