Put in a 2 claims with a total value of 800 euro. Communication is very bad, messages of "your claim was succesful" followed by "There was a problem but this doesnt mean we give up!". It doesnt make any sense.

Questions asked are barely answered, or in a very general way that doesnt answer a question at all. According to ClaimCompass my claims shouldve been paid out, but theyre not, months after they said its being paid out.

What they ARE very good at, is sending payment reminders. Like i am going to pay for a service that isnt delivered.

Never again, if i ever need to claim again i will do it myself - it can never be more of a hassle than trying to deal with ClaimCompass.

Edit: Their below excuse about "Coronavirus situation" is just that - an excuse. And not a good one at that, as this situation was already ongoing before that.

It took some time but we got what we were entitled to; 1,5-2 months after filing our request we got reimbursed from the airline. Thanks to ClaimCompass because without m we would never been reimbursed.

ClaimCompass is clear in their communication and chase the airlines for you.

@ClaimCompass: Hope we won't need your services again but if we do we'll come and knock on your door!

Last summer, Vueling canceled our flight from Paris to Barcelona without even telling us when we checked in. We noticed only as we double checked the gate on the board that they had given us boarding passes for the a later flight which in turn made us miss the connecting flight (and where not reunited with all of our baggage for several days). Vueling was totally unhelpful. So we searched the web and came across ClaimCompass. We were doubtful but decided to go ahead as the process was simple and we had nothing to lose (no success, no fee). We were told that -- based on their experience -- the only way to get compensation from Vueling was to sue them in a Spanish court, and that therefore it could take several months. But as US citiziens we had no realistic alternative, so we signed a few more papers -- still doubtful -- going ahead. And, much to our surprise we heard good news some nine months later. ClaimCompass had secured the compensation (according to EU rules) for us and within three days the money (minus their success fee, of course) was credited to our US checking account. It took a while, but we had to do very little, a small investment of our time was all. Thank you, ClaimCompass.

I learned about Claimcompass from an acquaintance I met who, like me, was delayed overnight at Madrid airport last October. She had used Claimcompass previously & told me it was good. I quickly filed a claim with Claimcompass. I was told to expect 6 months or so for the completion of the process; my claim came through in 7 months. I filed for the full €600 (€450 for me & €150 for Claimcompass). I received the full amount I applied for, €450, which converted into $505. The only problem I had with Claimcompass was the filing process to get the money deposited into my checking account. It took 8 tries before I finally got through, Other than that everything was fantastic.

awful service, my wife was in the same flight (that we missed in the stopover), we stayed in the same hotel, but she used Airhelp and got 400 eur after one month. I used ClaimCompass stupidly and got 300 eur after ~2years. I believe ClaimCompass pushed to steal the lawyer extra fee from me. I will never use it again.
