Sold an item that I think could’ve been preused/faulty and refused to offer any help at all; essentially accused me of making up the issue. Made no attempt to understand the issue, didn’t ask for batch number of the item or anything for them to look into. To add insult to injury just shut me down and was communicating as if I had done something wrong by reaching out with an issue with an item they sold me!! Very let down. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered a 50g builder gel for £9.49 but I only got a 15g. When I told them, they told me I have 2 option. I can send it back of course I have to pay for the postage. Or I can keep it and they give me 50% discount for that product. I chose to keep it. But in the end they sent me back the 50% of the £9.49, which means that 15g gel cost me £4.745. The funny thing is if I would buy that 15g from them it ONLY cost £4.5. So I paid more for it than the original price. Maybe it is a discount to them, but not for me!

Without a doubt the worst experience of online buying I have had in 20 years. The Bielenda products (toiletries) not sealed (by design) and this supplier (Clamanti) will not refund you even if you try to return it within a week of purchase and in original packaging. Not only were they rude and dismissive, they claimed they hadn't received my returned item when I had proof of return. So they caused me no end of grief and took my money to boot.The Bielenda supplier in Poland wasn't much help either. Don't touch their toiletries with a barge pole - run by cowboys.

Ordered 1st class got it next day. Great! Products are just as described, no issues whatsoever.

I didn’t receive my shipment and nobody from customer service answer me I asked where is my shipment now no answer if I order from amazon it will be better from you
So why didn’t you tell me that i send 3 emails asked about that and now I want my money back

I signed up with Clamanti recently ,I am a freelance makeup artist and advise on skincare. I really loved Clamantis products and ordered over €150 worth of the products. The problem arose with the delivery company. On the day the delivery was due a lady from Clamanti called me to tell me the delivery person could not find my address and would I allow her to give my phone number to the delivery person which I did without hesitation because I wanted the products to post to my client’s.I get lots of products delivered to my address and never before has any delivery service had this problem. The parcel did not arrive. I stayed in all day. I contacted Clamanti by email as the lady who originally called me from the company came up on my phone as an unknown number so email was my only way of contacting them. I told them my problem and they emailed me back a one line text with the tracking record so I could look up to see where my parcel was. I did and it read as being held in depot because of wrong address. I contact Clamanti again and asked them could they please give me a phone number that I could contact the company as I had tried myself with no success. They again ignored my request and sent me the tracking details again. Several emails later and my frustration was growing.I emailed them again asking for a refund that this situation had caused me a lot of stress and they replied if the parcel was returned to them I was responsible for the post of its arrival to Ireland and back to them in England.i contacted them again and told them they used a delivery company that had dreadful reviews online and they had to take responsibility for the non delivery. They replied quite nastily that I gave the wrong address and I didn’t give them my phone number otherwise I would have received my parcel as they told me several times. This was untrue they did not ask me for my phone number again or my address.i sent my phone number again and a screenshot of the original order form they had sent me which had my address ,mobile number and landline number on it. They already had this information ,I had given this information over the phone as well. I love the products but this company is an absolute disgrace . Once they send out your delivery and if there is a problem they don’t want to know. I eventually received my delivery three weeks later once they passed on my phone number. My address was correct from the onset had they just passed on my phone number all of the upset would have been avoided but at least I know now what kind of company they are and I will never deal with them again.

Not sure about it yet haven’t seen no improvement just been using it for three days I will wait and see how it looks in two weeks time thank you very much

I have been using this for less than a week. But at 84 I can't expect miracles!! It is a very nice and easy lotion to put on so am enjoying that. I think maybe there is a slight improvement but early days. I live in hopes. Sheila Sharp

I tried this product not expecting much because the price was pretty low, well I was pleasantly surprised, lovely hair colour and no bitter after scent, I'm going to use this from now on!
