Didn't state that this was a subscription service and that they would be charging £39.99 every month. I was under the impression that the £39.99 would be going to my creditors. I feel like the company has taken advantage of my situation and didn't fully explain the whole process to me. I also have no access to the online portal after paying the fee. I felt threatened and uncomfortable when I tried to cancel the subscription. Steer well clear of this company. They try to use scare tactics bringing up potential CCJ's etc to keep you on the plan too.

I have had an excellent service from Clever Law, especially from my adviser Marie. I have had a very stressful time with some creditors and Marie has dealt with this very promptly and professional. On a more personal level Marie has genuinely cared about my emotional wellbeing due to the pressures I've received from creditors. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your help and support.

I have been using Clever Law (Valour Finance) since 2012. They helped me set up my debt management plan with creditors post divorce, when my only other option at the time was bankruptcy.

The team have been excellent, attentive and were there for me by phone or online the whole time; keeping me updated on how much I owed and whether I needed support with my creditors.

I've now succeeded in paying off my creditors and its as much down to how the way Clever Law supported me, to me saving and finding the money!

I would strongly recommend Clever Law and their team, as being in severe debt was a traumatic experience, and the pressure it released helped me rebuild my life.

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 49 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
