We previously had good service so returned, however this experience was far from the same once our order had been placed and money paid.
We have experienced disappointment through product being suddenly discontinued before arrival, and then poor communication followed buy poor and rude customer care.

The salesman very helpful and polite and the furniture was delivered on the day they said it would be and the delivery men put it where it had to go without any fuss I thought it was a first class service from start to finnish

Good service although sales assistant had to be prompted q bit to help me, but once this was done it was fine. Think you may need some slightly more energetic staff in this department!

I ordered a new chair, I have had a bad back for nearly a year.
The chair was delivered earlier than expected, the delivery men bought the chair conected it to the electrics gave me instructions. They also took all The packaging away. Excellent service

pleasent buying experience chris the salesman was brilliant at no time did he put any pressure on us and nothing was to much trouble for him. the delivery guys were proffesoinal and efficent definatly will be back again

They were very accommodating when I was unable to take delivery for 2 weeks after my sofas were delivered to the store.

I purchased a new bed in sales, it's very comfortable
And the delivery men dismantled my old one and took it away and reassembled my new one and put it in place ready for me to make it.

I made about three visits to the furniture department researching a new chair we wanted to buy. The staff were helpful, patient and spent time answering my queries.

I ordered a coffee table but I wasn't told that it would come as a flat pack that I would have to put together - if I had wanted to do that, I would have bought it from IKEA!! At that price, I didn't expect to have to put it together.
Also, on the feet of the table legs, 2 bits that stop it ruining the floor are missing. Not good value for money.
The delivery men were late which wasn't helpful as the person who was at mine to let them in, had an appointment that they needed to get to. Not impressed.

While the sales process went well it took 6 weeks to get the furniture that we ordered. On chasing the company, they initially said the delay was due to the snow and then we found out it was being imported in a container. Not good! Otherwise we would have given them 4 stars

As we already had a Harrison beds for many years and were very satisfied with them meant that we wanted the same manufacturer of mattresses to replace the older ones. Unfortunately living in Brighton there are no shops that do these so we had to go to Worthing. We however found the shop there was very helpful with what we required and also gave us a quote for two different size single mattresses so that we were able to order over the phone later. When they were delivered the chaps that came were very polite and helpful and careful going through our home.

They were happy for me to try every chair in the shop and helpful once I'd got my choice down to three.

Kevin the salesman was very helpful help us choose a lovely table and 6 chairs all delivered on time very helpful delivery staff excellent service throughout would buy again from them which I have.

I was disappointed in the 3 week delay of my sofa, and my constant need to have to ring to chase and no one contacting me proactively. Found the staff in the store very helpful and friendly. And I'm very pleased with the sofa.

The service from the store was fine, we chose what we wanted from a sample and pais, the only problem was we had to wait 6 weeks for our order which is not ideal.

I have recently bought several purchases and every time the staff went out of their way to be helpful and always very friendly. I can only praise your customer service. With regard to the table lamp, Tracey rang to confirm she had ordered the item and would let me know as soon as it is available to collect, which I really appreciated.
