Have been using for over 8 years and will NEVER USE AGAIN! Made an order (£250) and they said it was delivered but I never received it. They won’t refund me for send me out another order. Times are hard atm and not having this order has not only lost me money but also clients with it being December and already having had 2 lockdowns. It’s been such a tough year and colour savers have nearly pushed me over the edge. They are heartless and disgraced at how I’ve been treated. Showed no empathy or care at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was having huge difficulty navigating ordering due to the effects of a traumatic head injury - I explained this to the agent on the CHAT option - twice - he/ she didn’t give ANY assistance other than to say - I should get “ someone “ to assist me with the online purchase , I explained there was no one - I thought customer service did that ?????? I ended up upset and overwhelmed - dreadful cold impersonal “customer service “ agent - shame on you - have u heard of be kind ?? Clearly not

Never have enough koleston 66/0, 77/0, 88/0 seems like a gimick to get you to buy other shades as to get discount. Delivery arrived a day late this time
