COMOVITA IS ORDER #932642

I ordered 2 pairs of Chelsea boots on 9 Nov 2021 with a promise from you the boots will be ready by second week in December. We communicated vis whatsapp then.
Two emails dated 15 Nov & 19 Nov informing me the shoes are being made & sown.
I enquired on 13 Jan 2022 when will it be ready & received a generic email on same day that Comovita was busy so I waited..
Finally on 5 Feb 2022, I received an email from Comovita with a DHL shipment order number that the order is on its way. Sadly to date (almost 5 months) I have yet to received both my boots, despite writing to you via emails, FB messaging, website as well as WhatsApp. several times ..
Do refund if you cannot deliver .

Total SCAM.

15 weeks and I still did not receive anything.

And by email them just always send the same automatic reply "wait for it, it will come in 4 weeks"

Very bad experience.

Bought the perfect jeans- received the confirmation email but did not receive the link to do the measurements. Eventually got this after I contacted them. Had some issues with the measurements and emailed again for advice which they ignored. When they eventually got back to me they implied it was my fault I wasn’t receiving emails. I submitted the measurements but didn’t get any confirmation of them receiving this. Contacted them on WhatsApp to ask for a refund as they were still not replying to my emails. They said they would process a refund if i confirmed I wanted one. I confirmed this via WhatsApp and email, since then they have not read any of my WhatsApp messages or made any effort to contact me. The refund was not processed. Tried to contact them on Instagram and Facebook but they also haven’t acknowledged my attempts to contact them. Eventually went through the bank to get my money back.

Definitely don’t buy anything from them.

Really good jeans. I was a bit reluctant initially to purchase a pair of made-to-measure jeans but the experience was amazing. It took me less than 3 minutes to create my jeans and less than 2 weeks later I received them at home. The result? The best pants I ever had. I can’t stop wearing them, worthy every Penny.

If i could give it 0 stars i would.
I placed an order for their speakers on the 8 of november. I received my shoes around the 11 of december, without any update mails that they promis to send.
Unfortunally the shoes were to big. So i send them an email asking if they had a size smaller i could switch with. 4 days later i got an email back saying they would look into it and respond back within 48 hours. It took 5 emails, and around 700 more hours then promised, for them to respond. Since then they have been 'reviewing' my 'request', as if it is not a right. And they say in those emails that you will get a "personal response.(usually within 48 hours)." I havent seen one and it has been weeks. They send a useless link with it to gaan trust i guess. It gave me hope and i have asked them what to do with the link etc. I have send them 10 email, a WhatsApp message and tried to call them, all in good spirit. Nothing worked. Their ethical branding doesnt seem to be so ethical after all and i would not recommand buying from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a pair of trainers nearly a month ago. I have sent over 7 emails and had one reply three weeks ago saying they would get back to me (which they have not). Such a shame as the concept and website look great. Hopefully I will get my money back eventually.

The service has been incredible and the result is a pair of jeans that fit like a glove and look very resistant. I also think it’s very cool that I can get from now on jeans without size, love it

The best sneakers. I discovered COMOVITA on Instagram a few months ago and I have to say they are becoming one of my favorite brands. The products are just incredible (I own the Blue Navy kicks) and the service and mission of this brand is just delightful. I'm really happy to have found them, it would be amazing if they released new models.

Great customer experience and amazing sneakers! I bought a pair of these sneakers last November for my boyfriend and unfortunately there were a big big, I contacted them and within one week I got a new pair and a gift card, really amazing experience. I’m really looking forward to try the custom jeans, they look fab!

I think this brand is very original when I found it on Instagram I was attracted by the design of the sneakers. And I was also searching for a sustainable brand as fashion is going in a sustainable way .
They are also very confortable
I just start using it since 1 week and I can’t stop wearing them !!!???

Ordered a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago and still waiting for feedback
After seeing some reviews here I can tell I'm not the only one in this situation. I have tried to contact them via email and facebook and I receive no reply whatsover.
If the delivery time is 6 weeks then don't advertise it as 5-10 days!! And for god's sake, reply to customers' emails or sooner or later you will be flagged as a scam (which I'm not sure yet if it is or not).

Order not delivered, and impossible to contact the company.

I ordered a pair of shoes some weeks ago, got a confirmation on the order but no shipping information.
Since then I have heard nothing.
They are impossible to contact publicly, obviously since there are only bad reviews.
I will report them to the police if I don't hear anything in the next week.

AVOID.

Please feel free to answer to any of my emails through gmail and your website, and Instagram messages.

UPDATE 2:
Comovita has still not goten in touch with me after 2 weeks since their message here. Obviously this is a big scam. Please avoid.

I had some doubts about purchasing because I saw some people who had issues with their order (specially with the Veja shoes) but I could not be more happy. I reached them to ask if I could get my order before the normal delivery time as it was a gift for my girlfriend and 72h after I got the two items although the normal delivery time was 5 to 10 days. The service was perfect and the products were very cool too. Very happy (#931759)

Same as other reviewers. I orders shoes (Veja's) from them on January 25th. I received an order confirmation (Order #931624) and my bank account was debited. It's been 19 days, my order hasn't shipped nor has the company replied to my emails, message on Instagram, or LinkedIn to employees of the company.

I thought the website get-up was too professional to be a scam, perhaps they have some stock issues. But not responding to your customers emails? No phone number to reach the company on? Taking payment without delivery of goods, that surely is a scam.

Update: Contacted the CEO on LinkedIn and they returned the payment.
