I’m still waiting on my documentation to be sent to my email which is unacceptable as I paid the policy in full earlier this month and my customer base requires these documents prior to carrying out any works for them ,the policy started on 17/11/19 and I’ve had to contact compare ins myself to have this rectified ,the members of staff are very helpful as was Thomas Noble who dealt with initial quotation and payment .I understand the volume of work that goes through your office these things can sometimes be missed,but I’ve had to contact you owing to works contracts being put on hold till proper docs received,which means I’m losing money I can I’ll afford to in these times

Not bad considering they were working from home (Corvid 19) But the question asked concerning the quote, "how much did you pay last year" is annoying. It implies that you would be so stupid to reveal the sum. There by setting the range of the quote you would be given.
Unwise to give customers the impression they are thought fools.

I still havent received the paltry offer after selling my vehicle after renewing and only having the policy for 2 months
Basically very unreasonable people to deal with

phoned to claim a loss of my flower stock, I had to close due to covid 19, that left me with all the stock i had to buy in for mothers day and beyond.would'nt pay out as they said it was in the terms and conditions of policy!!!!. nobody had heard of covid 19 before it started in China. dont know why we pay insurance at all.
