Concrete arrived on time and made my job a whole lot easier with no mess. Very competitive in pricing compared to other concrete companies.

Poor service, The fellow was very rude.
I ordered 0.8m3 and this fellow said that he has delivered 0.9m3 charged extra. There is no way to check how much he delivered. This fellow was rude and ask me to connect our water to top up his truck. This fellow also asked me to clean up his wheelbarrows. This fellow started delivery of the concrete at 10.30 and finished before 11.30. But put starting time as 10.15 and then he was taking a long time to clean up his vehicle and then came inside the premises to take some photos and then and then put finishing time as 11.40, charging extra 55AUD as waiting time. I tried to talk to the booking office and they were not helpful and asked me to sort it out with the delivery person. This is a daylight Robbery. I would not recomend using them in the future

Fantastic company. Completely took the headache out of mixing and hiring of mixers, etc ourselves. Wish we had found these guys ages ago! Tony our Concrete Taxi guy in Sydney was fantastic from beginning to end. Highly Recommend!

Ordered 2 days prior, turned up on time, mixed on site for my requirements. Good product and beat competitors price in my area by 40 percent. Can't go wrong with concrete taxi.

Needed 0.5m3 quickly, concrete taxi delivered same day. Lower cost than bagged concrete. Not that economical for large volumes but that's not what they are for. Highly recommend if you need small volumes (less than 1m3) Perfect for carport footings, repair jobs and similar. Turned up on time, friendly and no mess, what more could you want. Will be using again.

Had a small but tricky concrete slab to pour for a bin enclosure, overall was only 2.4x1.2m but the depth was variable (400mm thick at the thickest to 200mm thick). So I estimated approximately 0.8m3. So by chance I found the Concrete Taxi, first of all booking was easy - I rang up and made a booking less than 24 hours before.
Truck turned up promptly the next morning as booked for a 7.30am start.
The operator Rex was super helpful, he inspected the area, set up the truck in the most convenient location and mixed the precise volume I needed (each batch is 0.2m3 - takes less than 3 minutes to mix). Took his time, didn't rush me and helped clean up the truck and area perfectly.
The best thing about this service is that there is NO WASTE and its GREAT VALUE for small to medium sized jobs. You only pay for the volume you use. Super impressed with the idea and equally impressed with the customer service, both booking and Rex the operator. I highly recommend Concrete Taxi.

I have used this company for 3-4 years and didn't realise I was getting ripped by [name removed] And [name removed].
I have been working for myself for 20 years and I know how much concrete that I use per job.
They were not giving me the amount of concrete for what I was paying for.
I have recently used another company for the same jobs and the same amount of concrete and I had left over concrete.
I have evidence (pictures) of the barrows that concrete taxi filled and they never filled my barrows over half way.
This is not fair and acceptable to any client.
I will never recommend this company to my worse enemy.
Sadly you have lost a loyal customer and with that you will no longer receive work from myself and/or my company and other subcontractors.

I used Concrete Taxi to lay around 0.5 m3 of concrete. The guy arrived on time and couldn't have been more helpful. The concrete is delivered at a nice steady rate so the job isn't rushed but still finished far faster than mixing the concrete oneself.

Happy to recommend, now that I have another concreting job to do I'll be using Concrete Taxi again.
