Very bad customer service, the taxi did NOT come. we got left with not taxi service. Had to run to find an other Taxi, almost lost airplane and got stuck with a with lots of extra cost.
Customer service replies after more then one week, that we have to pay for all the extra cost. We had lots of stress, since after calling a lot of times NO taxi service came. Present Connecto Transfer all the the receipt, Frist they told, it was the wrong day, I had all the evidence Email, calls, receipts, that I'm write, been dealing with this for 2 Month, now they told not there problem!!! Horrible customer service, I ask number times for a call with customers service, never got a call

Be aware that these guys may be a scam. We booked a group RT airport pickup and return for a 4 day trip. About an hour before our flight I got an email saying: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however we are not able to organize the requested transfer. The vehicle assigned to your transfer has had technical issues and will not be repaired in time for your transfer. Your transfer has been canceled."   Suspiciously enough, a very similar message citing technical problems came in a few hours before the return flight, and once again an automatic cancellation. I have yet to receive any response to my query about a refund. Do not trust these guys to get you anywhere.

Tried to book a car for the Guadalajara airport. I'll give them a point for a nice website and booking experience, and another point for having a very helpful (and apologetic) customer service rep when I finally called their Austria number. But the promised confirmation email never came when I booked. And when I waited another day or so before sending them a message from their Help site, I also got not response at all. The customer service rep tells me they weren't able to honor my request. As others have mentioned, they cancelled but didn't reach out to me to tell me that. For a town car type of service, this really isn't going to be a sustainable business model for them. I know time are tough, but...

The driver never showed up. They didnt answer and they never called me to cancel, but they kept my money. Scam

We had an appalling experience with this company, started off seemingly great picking us up from a specific location in Geneva and not the airport, after this is it went downhill. The unfriendly driver was reckless, driving up mountain roads at ungodly speeds, not even on the correct side of the road, but slap bang in the middle, regardless of if he could see what was coming round the corners, resulting in several almost crashes. At the end of our holiday, at 8 pm one hour before we were due to depart they cancelled on us, and did not even attempt to help to find us alternative arrangements for other transport or a place to stay meaning we were trapped in the mountains, luckily we didnt have a flight to catch or this would have been a disaster. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Connecto Transfers is not worthy of your business. Two months in advance, we booked a transfer from Morzine to Geneva for a group of 8. Less than three hours before departure, on a Friday night, Connecto Transfers sent an email cancelling the trip. Connecto Transfers would not contact other transfer companies to try to find alternative transport; they noted that they only contacted unnamed "partner drivers". Nor would Connecto Transfers commit to covering the cost of alternative transport, and to accommodation if we could not find alternative transport until the next day. The Connecto representative would not allow us to speak to a manager. Connecto's only solution was to tell us to send them an email, to which we would receive a response next week. That evidently does not solve the immediate problem. This is the most shocking betrayal of consumer trust I have ever seen. Connnecto Transfers is a terrible company and does not deserve your business.

DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS!

I made a booking for an airport transfer from my hotel to Tenerife airport. The booking was confirmed and I was assigned a driver called Sabi who contacted me on whatsapp to confirm my details. So far so good.

HOWEVER, on the day of the journey the driver simply didn't turn up. I phoned her numerous times and no answer. I text many times more and still no answer. We had to look frantically for another form of transport so we did not miss our plane. We also have a baby and we were relying on Sabi to provide a baby seat. Since we were without a baby seat, normal taxis would not take us. It was horribly stressful! We eventually found a driver who was willing to drive us very slowly to the airport with the baby on our laps (which itself was incredibly dangerous - but we had no choice!) We just about made our plane in time but the stress was horrible.

We have since spoken to a driver in Tenerife who says Connecto is like spinning a Russian Roulette wheel. On the odd occassion you may get a good service or your driver may simply not turn up! Do not use unless you're willing to spin that wheel!

Really bad customer service. They're great when booking and seem super efficient. But when something goes wrong, they completely ignore you.

After booking online, our arrival transfer was ready and waiting for us in Oslo, Norway and the transfer driver was super nice.
Our return transfer was booked from our ski resort, back to Oslo, and after receiving details of our driver, we contacted them the day before we were travelling to ensure everything was ok. We didnt hear anything back. We contacted Connecto to find out what was going on and after putting us on hold for 15 minutes, they simply came back and said that 'the driver wasnt coming and to make other arrangements'.

After making other arrangements, Connecto called back and said that they had arranged another driver. We accepted the replacement and cancelled our alternative arrangements. After another 30 minutes, they called back again and said that this driver wasnt coming to get us either and that we should make other arrangements. This was extremely frustrating as after all the messing about, we then had to wait another hour for our transport to arrive which we had to arrange. This mean we were nearly 2 hours late for the airport. And also had to pay much more money.

Whilst on the phone, the agent told me that Connecto would refund the difference in fare and refund the deposit payment which had already been taken. The refund has not materialised and they are completely ignoring my emails and are not returning calls.

Overall, the customer service is terrible and all seems extremely shady.
We would not recommend this service at all and will not be using them again.

When I was booking the transfer, they asked ask for the flight number and the landing time. Since specifically landing time is asked I entered the time information on my plane ticket. My plane could not take off on time and I had to wait an hour of passport control queue at Brusells Airport which is a situation that I have no control on. The driver waited more than 1 hour because he came on the landing time (which specifically asked by the company). They did not ask for the exact time of the transfer and I thought, they are checking the information about my flight since I provided the flight number. Since the driver waited, he charged me 32 euros extra. Thus I had to pay 68 euros instead of 36. I am a student, and I have preferred Connecto Transfers because it was more economical for me. This extra charge is not acceptable!

Do not go with Connecto. We were supposed to get a econo van...instead the driver came with a sedan in the early morning. He almost refused to take us given the amount of luggage we had. It nearly jeopardized our whole trip. I've been trying to get reimbursed, but they refuse any fair reimbursement. Instead they say they are not responsible for the transfer service. Below is the response that I get ...if you get the wrong car or the incorrect service, they - Connecto - take no responsibility. So, essentially they do not guarantee your reservation. What type of company does that? They essentially give you the wrong car and they are not responsible for giving you the wrong car....they should not be in business. It's horrible.

Crappy service…. Driver did not turn up for transfer to airport and we had 8 pax and 8 luggages stranded at hotel lobby. Not trust worthy. Book at own risk!

Booked a shuttle from our hotel in Athens to the airport for my wife, 10 year old daughter and I. We had 6 large bags which was explained to Connecto and booked a minivan for this. Mr Nasos’ company (mobile +30-6937084414 ) sent a driver to pick us up but was 25 minutes late. The driver also drove like a maniac, risking our lives! Now on the invoice i agreed to a total of €42. €10 paid to Connecto via my credit card and €32 cash to the driver. Half way into our trip the driver asked me to pay him NOW! I said we’re not at the airport yet! He said Mr Nasos (owner/manager of shuttle service) wants to charge me €12 more. He handed the phone to me and Mr Nasos said if I don’t want to pay extra €12 for the bigger minivan they brought then my family and I will be dropped off right there in the traffic. Left stranded with my young daughter and 6 large bags. This is the SCAM! They know you won’t get out because you have a flight to catch. This company and Connecto have to be held responsible!! DONT USE CONNECTO!! RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY! You may find yourself left stranded on the side of the road and missing your flight! I still have not heard anything from CONNECTO. It’s ONE BIG SCAM!

Booked an airport transfer in Dubrovnik. Driver showed up 15 minutes late. We had already gotten another ride and had our luggage loaded when he finally arrived. I have requested a refund but have not gotten a reply. I will contest the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this company. Wish I had read the reviews before I booked.

Left us stranded at midnight at Rhodes airport. Plane wasn't late. They just didn't turn up and they didn't answer the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM! You have been warned...

If you want to ride in luxury sedan than avoid those scammers. They take a booking for luxury sedan (with pictured Mercedes) and send you MiniVan saying “smile, you’ve been upgraded”. I sent them an complaint email - never answered. After one week they did the same despite talking to them and saying if they want to send Mini Van again than I want to cancel. It is just the way they operate. This is not the end. Driver took secondary road (15 minutes slower then highway proposed by Google). I asked why to go worse road and he said that Google is wrong and he knows better. To prove me that he is faster he started to speed in curvy bumpy road. That was a nightmare.
So, avoid those scammers - at least in Croatia. As long as you’ve made your booking they don’t care anymore

Great transfer service in Austria, have used it twice now. Very reliable, responsible, courteous and efficient.

DO NOT USE

A car was sent that was not from the Connecto company, the driver spoke NO English or French and only Russian. He got lost 3 times, took us through Geneva to avoid the main border on the motorway, made a phone call to his friend who spoke English so she could tel us we were 5 minutes away when we were clearly 26km away still.
This company is not what it says it is. Its is a complete scam. DO NOT USE.

AVOID - CANCELLED our airport transfer five minutes before arranged pick up time from Val Thorens, France to Geneva Airport. We all missed our flight. Had to pay for new flights and accommodation over night in Geneva, Did the same to a few other families the same day judging from reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. QUITE A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS with similar stories to ours. Company is registered in Croatia and also goes under the name Swiss-taxi.com
