If you are thinking of getting your conservatory roof done I would 100% recommend this company it’s a very fair price no haggling, the difference in the sound of the rain is worth it alone and now the sun is shining it doesn’t blind you and it’s not baking hot for my poor bulldog, I absolutely love it as I use my conservatory every day

Conservatory Insulations
We had our conservatory roof insulation fitted on 4th March 2020 and we couldn't be happier.
The complete service was extremley good. We were kept well informed throughout and fitters worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant guys, arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards.
We are very happy with the finished product.
Our conservatory is now able to be used all the time in a more comfortable climate.

We have just had a surveyor (Gary) visit today at our request for a quote. We had already done a great deal of research before contacting the company. However, Gary was extremely helpful, answering all questions clearly and to our satisfaction. He asked us to write a review covering our experience in Covid 19 conditions, and we are happy to say that he was punctilious in his care to avoid any risks (we are both in our upper 70s and my wife has a number of auto-immune problems). Distancing was spot-on, hand-gel available and used by all of us. He refused a drink, bringing his own supply. Paperwork was an inevitable slight risk, but was handled as carefully as possible - even to extent of suggesting I use one of our pens, rather than borrowing his. A good experience and - Yes - we did order work!

conservatory insulation’s Fitted our conservatory last April within an hour of the fitters leaving we had condensation water running down the wall the fitters said they had not seen this before.
The fitters returned during 2019 to try and resolve the problem fitting vents in the ceiling but this did not work.
We were told to leave it until spring 2020 to see if the problem was resolved due to were the sun was On the roof.
Now the sun is shining the problem has returned water running down the walls.
Have called this company on numerous occasions but to date no call back
At the moment the 10 year guarantee is useless.
We careful if you are looking to buy this product.

Hello had our conservatory roof insulated a week ago and we love it it as made such a differance the fitter were very helpful and pleasant and made a really good job well worth the money.

If you want to be subjected to 2 hours of hard sell (and sometimes aggressive) salesman ship, this is the company to try! Although their product seems to be good, the attitude of the sales person when we were not prepared to sign on the day, put me off dealing with this company at all.

The telephone call from the company Head Office was much appreciated and it is gratifying to hear that this was not the way the company likes to obtain business

A great investment, we can now sit in the conservatory all day in a comfortable temperature! We can also carry on a conversation even if it's raining! It looks fabulous, looking forward to being able to sit and watch the wildlife in comfort in the winter.

I have had my conservatory for over 10 years and hated it because it was too hot in summer and icy cold in winter.... until now! My experience with Conservatory Insulations has been faultless from Jason’s visit to survey and quote to communications from the company and the installation itself. Since then I have used the conservatory every day as my insulated ceiling has revitalised the space and finally added another room to my home. I have yet to see what it is like in winter but I am optimistic and already feel that it was worth every penny!

We had our insulation fitted 4 days ago and can already appreciate the benefits. It is so much quieter and we can hardly hear a downpour on the roof. Yesterday was a hot day and we did not even have to open the outside doors to maintain a comfortable temperature. Our only slight negative to point out, is that we were told it would take 3-4 hrs to fit, but the fitters were here for 10hrs and worked constantly. So do allow that on the day of fitting. Looks lovely as well, a very good job.

We had the conservatory done in July last year and are really pleased with it. The two men were very pleasant, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely made a difference - stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer - just what we wanted. Our friends and family have commented on how good it looks now, like another proper room! Keep up the good work and thanks very much.

Our Roof was installed in March, It took half a day to be completed. The fitters were very quick, clean, friendly and polite.Since the instillation of the roof, we have been very fortunate to experience cold weather during which the room was noticeably warmer.We also noticed it was much quieter during rain showers. During the recent warm weather we have also noticed it to be much cooler allowing us to sit in our conservatory comfortably. This means we can now use our conservatory all year round, giving us another usable room in the house.Would highly recommend this company and this product.

Since having our insulation installed in the conservatory roof we have been able to use it all the time it’s warmer in winter and not like a sauna in the summer ,the work men who installed it were very clean and tidy left no mess at all ,would highly recommend this company .

Professional done and since we have had a few hot weeks in May 2020 I can say we were able to continue using the snug and my nephew was able continue working in conservatory .

Approximately two years ago I had the internal insulation installed which has made a large improvement in the use of my conservatory in both summer and winter. The installers arrived early and completed the work in one day and were clean and professional in their attitude to the work.

More recently I had the roof tiled which has been carried out to a very high standard in what was a complicated roof design. The workmen turned up early each day and worked very safely and efficiently during this period of lockdown. I would have no problem in recommending this company to carry out either the insulation or in tiling the roof. From a cost perspective they were highly competitive and I happily paid the bill.

I had my conservatory roof insulated in March 2020 after recommendation by my neighbour. A man came to quote within 2 days answered all my queries and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I accepted the quote and was given a start date. The workmen were excellent did a fantastic job and took away my old fan/ceiling light without me asking. They also took my cast iron base and umbrella to my garage as too heavy for me to lift and no longer needed.

I would not hesitate to recommend Conservatory Installations and a great price for an additional room I can use every day.

Spoke to Chris from head office once we agreed to have our conservatory insulated back in February. I explained to him that I had concerns about the mess that the installation would cause. He reassured me that now he had spoken to me that I had nothing to worry about and the guys would tidy up after themselves. Had the conservatory roof done, unfortunately I had to go to work and my husband was at home. Surprise, surprise the whole of my back garden, garage and window sills in the conservatory were covered with debris from the installation. We spoke to Paul Jennings the installation manager who said he would call me back after speaking to the guys who carried out the work but never heard back from him. Pictures were also provided of the mess as evidence. I understand we were in lockdown but people have been working from home, so a phone call could have been made. In April I called the office as I hadn’t heard from anyone and got through to Kelly and explained my complaint I texted her pictures etc and she reassured me that she will pass them on to Mr Jennings, guess what not heard a peep. Please be aware aftercare is absolutely diabolical, thought this was a reputable company, but clearly not. Hopefully by posting this I might now be heard.

Roof insulation will now mean that we can use our south facing conservatory all through the day even in the hot weather we are experiencing at the moment.
It has made a huge difference already and we are very pleased with the workmanship too. The fitters were very accommodating with some little tweaks we requested and left everything clean and tidy.
Would definitely recommend them.

Back in February 2020 we had our conservatory insulated by Conservatory Insulations. The workmanship carried out by Callam & Gary was to a very high standard, courteous and professional. The end result and finish was amazing.
Now we have got to the hot spring/summer we really appreciate the fact that we can now comfortably use the conservatory when it is blisteringly hot outside.
We are so delighted with the company and product we have now placed an order with them to hard tile the external. This will now safeguard our first investment as the polycarbonate is now aging and would need replacing.
Definitely recommend as a company you can trust to do a professional job.

Conservatory now usable all year round. Very efficient service, ordered on Friday arrived and fitted following Friday, who could ask for more. Early start meant early finish luckily as conservatory was already too hot, now nice and cool. Recommend very highly.
