Over half the calls that come in are for people looking to speak with their 21st Century agent. They claim to have the best return policy, but denied a return for someone who was looking to report an accident. Had trouble with our account manager taking care of our returns & getting back to us in a timely manner, so we got a new account manager. Within a couple of weeks, we were having the same issues with the new one. Between the horrible leads that are sold and the unhelpful account managers, you will find yourself spending more time on returns than working good-quality leads. Our office has bought $1000 worth of leads at BOGO 50% off, and we have not even made $500 yet. Id recommend putting your money elsewhere.

Daniel was a great big help to me. He even gave me some marketing tips that were very beneficial to my company. It has been a while since I signed up with a company that truly care about you and your company and not just the sell, and Daniel made me fell welcome and honored. If anyone ask I recommend that you sign up with SmartFinancial. You will definitely be satisfied with the process and service.

They talk a good talk and that's it. The leads are total crap and they won't reimburse you any money back. I tried to cancel this over 6 weeks ago, and just now got a call back from Cain, telling me credits will be in leads. What don't you get... I don't want your leads. Stay away from this company! Not one sale.

I am new to this service & company and was assigned to account manager Marques Williams. When starting something new there are always bugs to iron out and adjustments to be made before the client (Me) is happy with the product they are receiving. Marques Williams has been extremely helpful and always available by phone whenever I've had questions or concerns. We are working our way, as a team, towards finding the right mix of services that will satisfy my needs and grow my business.

I enjoy the personal service with an individual representative, Rikki. The lead source so far has been of good quality. I have utilized other lead sources in the past without good results. A colleague referred this company and I have been very pleased.

We have been using this company for live calls and have tremendous success with them. We have closed as many as 2 policies per call per day! No joke!! Highly recommend Rikki Torres, he makes your onboarding experience so easy and spends the time to help you maximize the dollars you put into these opportunities.

I love working with Smart Financial and the team there.Karl my account manager hooks me up and stays in touch. HIGHLY, highly recommend using smart financial for either live transfers or leads. Great company and great product! Two Thumbs up!!

I have been working with Rikki for a few months now, and he has been great. He is always reaching out to see how things are going with the leads and the business overall. If I am ever having an issue, he takes the time to try and help resolve it if he can, where with other lead companies you are not going to receive that type of service. Also, SmartFinancial/Contactability has the best return/refund policy of any lead company out there, no question about it. Solid company and I would definitely recommend getting your leads from them.

These people are terrible! All they will send you is crap leads and they will tell you that they are exclusive leads. The problem with the exclusive part is one of the leads I got I happen to know pretty well so when I called them I asked if they had received any other calls and they said yes, then I asked how many sites did you go to and they said just the one. Exclusive? The others were dead numbers and they don't like to refund very much.

Karl makes Smart Financial a success within my agency. SM is a big part of us growing our agency in obtaining raw new customers. He works hard in making sure we get good qualified leads that meet our filters. Always easy to get on the phone when needed.

Jeff misrepresented Contactability.They are not approved vendors of our company. His back office was supposed to call me at 2pm Friday. They didn't call until the following Thursday. Voice mails left for Jeff have gone unanswered. I paid the $250 deposit and I will chalk that up as a lesson learned. I'm glad to not waste any more energy on it.

Contactability allows live lead transfers from prospects to get quotes. With any lead source nothing is 100 guaranteed sale but for my office it allows me to get in contact with prospects I wouldn't of otherwise. The thing that makes them good is my customer service person Amber, she's able to work with me and fix anything that comes up.

These leads are very below average and mediocre at best. Then when you spend the time to ask for a refund or credits for a bad lead, first it takes them up to a few weeks for the approval for the credit which leads to confusion, then as the credits build up to hundreds of dollars and you want to terminate your account because of the crappy leads, they keep your "credit" money. A refund is a refund, but they keep it. Total Rip Off!

I started using Contactability a.k.a SmartFinancial since May 2020 and received so many good leads thru them. Their customer service is really awesome. Very friendly to work with and prompt service is a key. I compared SmartFinancial to other lead generation companies in the market and they stood out the BEST.

In the insurance industry, the need for leads (good) is the life blood of an agency. With ContactAbility the process has been made easy with outstanding agency support. The assignment of a knowledgeable Account Manager whose dedicated to seeing you succeed is a game changer for me.

We have been working with this company for a few weeks now and so far so good. From the start, they have been very responsive, available, and helpful. The leads have been good quality and when they aren't we have received credit for them. I am impressed so far and look forward to continuing our relationship as long as the leads are similar . My account manager Ryan has been great as well. We closed several leads within week one and week two looks great as well.
