I placed an order on 3/5/13. I just received my order. I was disappointed about the shipping time but the customer service representative Ashley made sure she communicated with me and kept me up to date . All and all I had a pretty good experience.

The server did not notify me that the order had shipped within 24 hours; however, I sent in an email and received a personal reply right away witht he shipping tracking number. It is a good company with great service:)

I have been ordering clamshells from Cook's Direct for several years and have been very pleased with the product and service. That is why I keep coming back!

We placed an order on January 21 -- turned in our credit card payment so you could get your money -- and us, the customer, is still waiting to hear from you an entire month later. I have made two phone calls and found out it was on backorder until March 9. Why did YOU not inform us that it was on backorder!

Poor service, poor follow-through. Will NEVER order from Cook's Direct again!

I would first like to start off by saying Ms. Ashley is a great assest to your Company. I was contemplating order a pizza stone, but I had some questions. I spoke with your represemtive, Ms. Ashley and after speaking with her I decided to go ahead and order the pizza stone which I received on yesterday. Ashley was very friendly and she knew the product well. She showed me remarkable service and I will definately be ordering from you guys again in the future. I wish all Companies had these types of employees who actually know their products instead of just trying to make a sell.

Purchased an undercounter freezer on March 20th, received notification of shipment on March 23rd, arrived on March 27th.. all in all, within a week and arrived without any issues..

I was very worried with the transport due to previous issues with freight companies and Samantha from the customer service was very helpful and informative with all of my requests...

I have already placed 2 orders after this for my other stores and am very pleased with their service.. I appreciate their pricing and friendly customer support.. will continue to do business

I recently order the 3 set disposable buffet warmers and was able to place the order fairly quickly. My only concern was whether or not I was going to receive my order in time for my upcoming party. Since the shipping charges didn't indicate a delivery time nor did my email confirmation, I was uncertain of when my order would arrive.

To ensure that I would receive my order on-time, I reached out to customer service to get a confirmation. I was very impressed with the professionalism, timely responses, and detail from support rep Caryn Rumshas that eased any concerns that I had.

For all future party needs, I will definitely order from Catering Supplies Depot again.

i ordered 2 FIFO bottles from Cooks Direct on 1/7/11 and recieved them on 1/14/11, so speed was good and product arrived within respectable time frame.
it was well boxed (overprotected for 2 little plastic bottles IMO, but that's even better)

I only have one complaint about Cook's Direct;
there is no way to track the order, and no shipping information is either sent to, or made available, to the customer leaving you wondering if your order is being processed or shipped.

Other than this one thing, Cooks Direct definitely came out on the top.

Cook's Direct had an issue with my shipping address and no one called or left a message regarding the issue in April. Here it is June and my order just got shipped June 11th. I felt like I was getting the run around from Cook's Direct. I am sorry to say, I will not order from this company again.

we received a damaged three well steam table and have been trying to have it replaced with a different 3 well table. however we have not been successful with your company. our e-mails and phone calls have been unanswered. even though this was a drop ship it is ultimately your product and your purchase order.

I love Cook's Direct I have received great service, quality merchandise @ a very reasonable price.
My shopping experience was quick, easy and my order was shipped promptly. No complaints.

A first time buyer from Cook's Direct and ordered an Arctic Air commercial refrigerator and freezer. Ordering and shipping was very fast & easy, both units were delivered on our schedule date and time. The representative Patty, who I worked with, was very helpful and communications after the sale were great. All issues were addressed in a very timely manner and we are happy with the equipment order. Will buy again from Cook's based on our first experience!

I was searching for a chili pepper themed mitt to fit fajita pan handles and I stumbled upon Cook's Direct. They advertised that the case price of these mitts was $3.64. After I ordered and paid I received an email from Cook's Direct that said the price was for each item, not the case. They would not honor their posted price even though I had already completed my order. I will never order from this company again because I really needed those items in a hurry and their "pricing mistake" wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. I will not do business with a company that does not stand behind what they advertise. Period. By the way... the so-called "each" price was more than twice of what competitors are charging! Buyer beware!!!
