Crutches Walking Sticks Custom Crutches

I first discovered Cool Crutches back in around 2009 and haven't looked back since.
I have Cerebral Palsy and rely on two crutches to walk when not using my wheelchair.
This is my third pair from Cool Crutches because they are so comfy to use, the handles support my hands, (particularly my right which is very tight) and very light to move, unlike the old grey type that are heavy and the handles are hard which made my hands sore.
When I got my first pair I was having a lot of physio and two physiotherapists were very impressed with how they were made.
My recent pair I ordered on 27th June 2019 at around 2.45pm and they arrived the following day around noon.
Thank you so much for a wonderful service and product that is an important part of my life and has made a difference.
They have been with me during some difficult times physically and I believe helped me through it.

Orders are delivered within a couple of days One of the items I ordered wasn’t delivered. A quick email sent and they apologised and it was delivered the next day. Great service.

As a long-term user of mobility aids, I've tried many over the years, from standard NHS issue to soft-grip sticks I've purchased myself. Yet as someone in my early 20s, using crutches always detracted from my confidence, especially when they were grey and bland, or with garish patterns that didn't fit my personality. When the silicone on my previous pair began to dissolve, leading to painful pressure on my wrist joints, I also realised how much difference the correct mobility aids can make to pain and fatigue levels.

I had heard of Cool Crutches from their stellar reviews online, and I was not disappointed. I chose to design my own crutches, and Clare and the team were so warm, helpful and efficient. We agreed on the design the day I ordered them, and then a few working days later I received the preview. I was amazed - the Cool Crutches team had captured my ideas perfectly! After confirming I was happy, it was again only a matter of days before I received the final product.

Having used the crutches for a short while now, I am astounded. Not only are they beautiful, funky and match my personality perfectly, they have significantly reduced my pain and fatigue levels due to their design. It makes such the difference when I am out walking, and has given me the confidence to go out more - not only in terms of appearance, but knowing I can tolerate it with my pain! Took 3 days continually ringing to get someone to answer. Bought a pair of black and whits spotty crutches, they arrived with different rubbers
