Its not the best company,but by far not the worst,they have alot of glitches on their system, and i have had alot of problems with them,but believe me when i say,some if the others are even worse.ive came to the conclusion,of let them restrict, freeze your account, send endless bets to their traders for rewiew,offer less odds than advertised, turn down certain bets,take 40mins to an hour to settle,take money out of my account because of settlement mistakes,make it difficult to withdraw,remove certain markets from your account.i could go on and on. But always have an alternative!

Tried to cash out £80 it confirmed and bet settled took screenshots of it but coral said they had no record of the cash out code it took a week to get my money shocking there quick taking my money week in week out so pay out coral and get a grip as ur staff are not clued up

I had a problem with a bet, I found the bet played with 50 pounds less. I wrote several times where the 50 pound had ended but no answer.

Everything and when you have to wait nearly two hours for a 5ew bet on a horse won by 6 lengths to be settled thats enough to go elsewhere lso cashout doesn't really exist

Never again opened account today deposited 50 and they closed my account. Contacted them no respect just rude toward me. Quick to take money and close accounts but wont refund my 50 when iv not even played. Avoid at all costs they take money and dont let you play

Absolute dogshit service , had a few issues recently but this one takes the biscuit ...I did a over 1.5 first half bet, it came in and game finished 1-3 , come morning I hadn't been paid winnings ...turns out they they voided the bet as it was 40 mins half not 45 and they didn't show that ...I explained that wasn't my fault and bet would have won either way but nothing , stake back but nothing else..they refused point blank to honour the bet or even give winnings in free bets ...I'll never use corals again

Only give one,that's because shop staff are very good,,now the bad news,,cashed out on a football bet on 2/3/19,all were winning so I was offered a cash out value £139-90 which I accepted,,they wouldn't pay out saying it never accepted the the offer,,,,this is not the first time this has happened,,,they need to upgrade their technology systems,,,I will never use coral again,,,

I signed up bet 10pounds qualified for 50pounds bonus. Played my bonus on slots x 40. Had some good wins eventualy. After 2 hours playing slots came out with £2154.00 pounds up. Couldnt beleive it contacted their costomer service who were very helpful and informed me i had won. Which Coral paid onto my account within 3 days. Now thats not bad. At the end of the day its about gambling and being lucky. 10 out of 10 to coral. I did think it wasnt possible but my bank was credited just as they said it would be. One happy man.
