My first corset arrived, and despite having a one year warranty fell apart within months. It looked nice but was not of the quality they made it out to be.
I made the mistake of ordering a second corset recently, which never arrived. At 300AUD this is a bit of a joke, and their customer service is appalling.

I got 3 of the corsets, all extremely comfortable. But unfortunately one of the buttons came off of it after the first wear. I emailed, and they were very quick to respond, and helped me out. Very happy with the service, I've already recommended to my flatmate who has ordered some herself now!
10/10 my favourite site for corsets

I bought 3 corsets last year and and 3 this year. None if them fit properly around the hips or side of the chests. I am a AUS 4/US 0 and the smallest size (20") overbust and underbust just didn't work for my body even though I measured all my body before purchase. My first purchase from CS were also my first ever corsets (which I haven't worn really at all) and I didn't realize that they didn't fit properly, until I got my second shipment where the poor fit was even worse and more obvious!(struggling to even look like they could fit. The ribbons kept slipping and wouldn't hold.) I also felt that the quality of fabrics had gone down a little bit, but in saying that I had only purchased from CS once.

Returned the latest shipment, with no worries. The customer service agents were great, didn't have to pay shipping which was fantastic and got a full refund as they have a warehouse in AUS.

Sad because my original corsets don't fit well and I know that I cannot shop at CS again.

The products are incredible! The corsets are so well made, adjustable to fit perfectly and are overall stunning. The customer service team is the best in the world and I couldn't give a higher recommendation for the customer service team or their product.

Corset story is my favorite site when I am shopping for corsets. Not only is the customer service great but the corsets are so well-fitted and beautifully made that I just cannot stop buying them. I 100% recommend Corset Story for anyone looking to buy a corset. The corsets are also so comfortable. There are so many different styles, lengths, colors, and materials to choose from. I have ordered many different styles and they have all been amazing. When I got my first order, I felt that they were the best corsets I have ever owned, but then when I order more and they came, the corsets are even more beautiful than the last! Corset Story never ceases to amaze me. No matter how many corsets I buy, everytime it is suprise. Each corset is different and has the more wonderful detailing and fit! Each one is beautiful but different than the last. Best of all, they all fit so perfectly. Moreover, I am so pleased with the customer service that I have received from Corset Story. The staff has been very patient and kind to me when I needed help with sizing and picking certain styles. They are always there to help and when I picked the wrong size they made sure I got the right size! Chris is so friendly, kind, understanding and goes above and beyond for his customers. On top of that, the shipping is very fast!

All wonderful corsets but it makes it hard to purchase one without trying one on for size. Only way to do so is to follow the measure chart supplied on their site and pick whatever size fits best. It doesn't always work so the communication between organising an exchange or refund is only through email.
I am certain more CS customers can agree that more and better communication options need to be made available.
Other than the above the corset designs are superb and there is a corset style for just about every occasion.?

I had never had any issue with corset story. The fits and corsets are exactly like the description, quality is very good! Their customer service is on point, when the wrong size was sent to me by mistake I reached out to them and the error was amended immediately and I received a replacement! Corset story is reliable et great!

It was my first purchase from Corset Story, and I went through a couple hiccups, all my own faults, but their customer service was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable, and understanding! I'm very satisfied with my first purchase there. That's very important in a business, and I was pleasantly surprised by it, so I feel I should definitely let everyone know how well they're doing, and that they're legit.

Overall, I am now in love with Corset Story. It’s the first time I’ve bought more expensive corsets but what can I say - definitely worth it. Quality is hands down very good, sleek and sexy. The did go for the waist training designs and am yet to see the results but in terms of being sexy, fitting great and what you get for your money - I would recommend. Amazing customer service, especially Becky! I realized two corsets from my 4 piece order were too large but left them sitting in my drawer for a while, and when I contacted customer service they still allowed me to return them for exchange even though technically I should have been too late. The corsets are lovely; I've never tried a corset before and the fit was hard to figure out at first, but I was surprised by how well they fit and can be incorporated into different outfits. I wanted to get something nice and feminine for myself after a year of living in a remote foreign country where I had very few possessions and had to make my clothes as practical and plain as possible, so I really appreciated these. The best thing has been the promptness and courtesy of the customer service - it really makes a difference. Thank you!

Corset Story has beautiful, sturdy corsets but I am most impressed with how well they treat their customers.

When ordering the computer system glitched and only sent me 2 of my 4 items. I sent a e-mail to their customer support and got my missing items within 72 hours. Which is incredible, I live in Alaska where 2 day shipping takes a week and they got it to me amazingly fast. They listened, they cared, they got me what I needed. I look forward to being a long time customer.

Each one is great material. They appear very well made and strong. They were shipped and delivered very fast, with decent tracking information along the way. I definitely plan to buy from them again!

I placed my order on January 11, but one of the items was a pre-order item which could take 6-8 weeks to ship. That was made perfectly clear at check out. When it had been 8 weeks with no correspondence or items received, I emailed the company. The first response was not helpful in the least. I waited a few days, then send another email. That person (Trace, operations manager) was AMAZINGLY helpful. She explained to me that the pre-order item I wanted was still not there due to difficulties in shipping, & allowed me to choose another in stock item. They were shipped so quickly at that point. I received them Monday & tried them all on immediately. They are amazing quality!! I love the feel of all of them on!!! Every one of them is absolutely gorgeous & actually make me feel beautiful. I haven’t worn them for a long period yet, but I already can tell they are better than any other that I have ever tried.

Saw this website on a friend’s Facebook feed and thought I’d check out the sale. Needed a waist tamer for a 1950’s style swing dress.
Four for one had to be too good to be true. Scrolled the various designs - all really lovely. Chose my 4 corsets and ordered them at 1pm Friday 7th March. Got a text Saturday at 10:30am to say they were at my local DPD pick up. Wasn’t around to pick them up until Monday and to be honest with such a great offer and such super speedy delivery I didn’t hold out much hope for quality. How wrong was I!!!!
3 beautiful corsets and a waist tamer, all well made and all true to size. I’m a 36F with a 34” waist. Was concerned it would be too small or too big on boobs but the girls were held nice and snug.
Postage is a little expensive but it’s next day so I didn’t have a problem with this.
Website is easy to use.
Products are as described and true to size
Delivery is exceptional
I’ve worn the waist tamer - very comfortable.
I would suggest looking on YouTube about how to “season” your new corset and how to do yourself up - nowhere near as easy as they make it look but hoping that it will get easier.
Would definitely recommend this site.

I am always sceptical of companies with 4 for 1 sales etc, it's too good to be true. No, Corset Story is genuinley just amazing. I order 4 corsets, a real range from a waist trainer, an underbust and an overbust top that can be worn with jeans etc. Every single one is made beautifully, the steel boning feels strong and secure and the ribbons are well threaded and good quality. They all fitted as they should, being a size 29" waist i could order the size 26 (recommended for my waist size). I also found the sizing of the top as a size 10 realistic as well.
I had one which just didn't suit me and wanted to send it back, the shipping was fast and free, within 24 hours I had received an email asking me what I wanted to exchange it for, and the customer service team could not have been more helpful with the exchange. I now cannot wait to receive my exchange corset which has been sent for delivery less than 24 hours from the official exchange.
I would fully recommend shopping at Corset Story and don't worry about any issues, they will deal with them quickly and professionally.

So I bought 4 corsets during the multi-buy sale and I was really nervous, thinking it was too good of a deal for high quality. I'm so glad I was wrong and took the "risk". The corsets are stunning. They're properly made (not like a lot of costume corsets that only *look* like a corset but are flimsy and made with cheap materials), very durable and heavy feeling (heavy in a good way, corsets should have a decent weight to them considering the bars). The measurements are accurate and as a size 22 pants, I was able to buy the size 44 corset and it fits beautifully. The only downside is that they are still short, so if you've got a bit of a stomach, prepare to have a little bit of squished down stomach that wants to escape out the bottom. A nice skirt or something would cover it well though. But yea, the quality is TOP notch and honestly just incredible. I spent $250 CAD and got 4 corsets that are beautiful, fit wonderfully and look amazing. I cannot wait to wear them out and about.

Beautiful corsets!!! I had ordered a few during a sale a few months ago. Two of them didn't end up working out for me and I left them unworn/new with their tags. Well, way past the exchange policy dates, I thought it was still worth asking if I could exchange those two. I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to, but Becky at Corset Story accepted my exchange and I just received my two new corsets in the mail. They fit great! The corsets with more bones always end up looking better in my opinion, but one of the corsets I got is an "instant shape" corset and it still looks amazing and fits well. They are really nice quality and they will look perfect with my Renaissance faire garb. Very kind of them to let me exchange so long after the cut off date! Very grateful. Great customer service! Thank you Corset Story!!!!!!!

I have bought several corsets from inferior websites and "Brick and mortar" locations that were only slightly cheaper (Maybe 8-10 P.S./Euros/ $20 less) than Corset Story. Those corsets were only worse quality because of how amazing Corset Story's attention to detail and skills in creating an excellent quality product. Those inferior products also didn't last typical in "wear and tear" conditions or fit nearly as wonderfully.

To give more details as to the amazing level of customer care and quality I've received. I have little to no experience measuring for a corset; which as a consumer adds a massive restriction in buying options. Corset Story and it's Magnificent staff was willing to take the time to walk me through this process. Not only that, but their staff were nothing less then absolutely respectful and kind towards me. Which to me speaks to extreme levels of fantastic dedication to a company's standards. Especially in today's hectically fast-paced competitive markets.
