I received my YSL Toy Lou Lou from Cosette after receiving a credit for a previous Prada bag that broke after receiving my toy lou lou within half an hour my bag broke and i sent it for repairs they have now had my bag for over two months saying two weeks until they receive the part for the bag and then one week it is now over two months and i still have not had my bag repaired and still have no updates on what is happening with my bag and now they are ignoring my emails and calls i spent over $1700 for this bag i will never be purchasing from Cosette the customer service which has been helpful in the past is now shocking I've now had to contact NSW trading and ACCC so i can hopefully resolve this issue.

I bought a gucci bag 2 days ago from Cosette. You know spending a lot of money for your first experience with an online website is a hard thing Lol! BUT I WAS SHOCKED! They delivered it to me in 1 day and a 1/2! professional packaging! And the bag was so good WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES. I recommend this website to everyone.

I purchased from Cosette and it was the best easiest experience I have had and I am an avid online shopper. I received my handbag and my Loulou Studio cashmere and they are authentic ! I will order from them again as they are 100% certified legit+ the bag come with an Entrupy certificate which is an extra peace of mind!

Hi there,
My order arrived a day early which was great, however TNT delivered to the wrong house. Luckily this neighbour knew who I was.
When opening the package I was slightly diappointed that the box it was wrapped in, wasn't a Gucci box, but just a plain white box, which had visibly been reused, as there was still some sticky residue from the previous sticker.
I purchased this bag as a gift, so I can't use the box.

I normally purchase from Netaporter - but the bags on sale at Cosette were at great prices so I gave it a try. I have to say I was not disappointed, I received a confirmation email and dispatch notice (with tracking) item arrived in 2 working days. My bag was packed/boxed beautifully with invoice info enclosed with my unique Entrupy certificate. Will definitely shop again!

I've been disappointed with online shops so many times and this time getting an expensive bag looked a bit tricky. I wanted it so bad as Saint Laurent didn't have it in stores. My order arrived within even 15hours. It's really amazing experience. I will definitely order again!

I shop from this website frequently and always received my items quickly. The packaging is phenomenal. Great service. However, Pre-order take more times. Overall very fair, it took an extra 2 weeks as the product is still in Italy when you purchase it. Ive actually found items to be cheaper through Cosette than at the boutiques, even after foreign currency exchange and duties.

I ordered 2 bags ( Gucci & Saint Laurent ), I received my items within 2 days, beautiful bags as described on their web, excellent price, customer service and fast delivery.
Did the payment by credit card and they did not ask me to scan my credit card ( CC), Now I am ordering for my second purchase ( Bulgari Bag).
Overall experience shopping through Cosette has been great.

I order from them a couple of times without a problem! My items arrived beautifully wrapped in a box in pristine condition. I received my item next day via DHL. I believe it's best to select DHL. I'm a shopping expert and labels kind of girl! Keep up the good work COSETTE!

It's my first purchase from Cosette. Amazing discount + posted and received the next day by courier. My Celine bag is absolutely gorgeous. They referred me a 3rd-party Entrupy partner to get my certificate of authenticity done and it came back authentic in a few days after. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

My bag is made in Italy and I go it authenticated and it came back authentic . I am Satisfied with my purchased. I highly recommend this website.

The packaging from Cosette itself is really nice and you can tell they take pride in that
The earrings did come with a knot in the chain though, dont think that was a Cosette fault though, more a YSL Fault on the way they packaged their earrings - took my a while to get the knot out as they are very dainty earrings
Would purchase from them again though!!
