We have used Cover-More for quite a few years especially in Australia for cruises always had good service so where else would we go for a cruise when booking in the UK.

I rang after hours distressed about an issue and got told to call after Easter. It was a joke and totally unacceptable. Given I just purchased, I’ll be asking for my money back.

Having been hospitalised eight months ago for a very minor condition I was concerned about the cost and complications of travel insurance. Having had ridicules quotes from my usual provider I contacted CoverMore and found them helpful, educative and very reasonably priced. Staff were professional with good client focus.

In 2016 I had great difficulty in locating full cover travel insurance at 67 years of age and absence from UK for 5.5 months. But Covermore was suggested by travel agent in New Zealand. Why could I not find you via google. There are very few or NONE insurers who can provide this cover.most covers are 90 days max.I will be away from mid Feb to mid July 2019 (AGED 69) and the latest additional purchase was due to extended time of absence. Staff very helpful, but of course the need for cover is the objective and with respect even if service was so so it would not matter.

Spoke to two different people on the two calls I made, both advisers were good and knowledgeable. I would have given a higher rating if I hadn’t been put on hold on both occasions, listening to dreadful, repetitive music.
Having worked in that type of environment myself I feel that talking to the customers during the call, when possible, is an important part of the role.

Easy to deal with,and really a pleasure to speak to a real live person on a one to one basis.Also competitive to other “soulless’ internet providers.
Have passed on details of Cover-More to friends and family,and given a highly recommended status.

I’ve paid nearly a thousand pounds and I don’t know what I’m covered for. For example I went through the screening process but there is no mention of this in the documentation I’ve received. So I don’t appear to be covered for anything. So what have I paid all that money for? It’s a disgrace.

Recommended as a top up insurance by the company my daughter’s school trip to Mexico was with, I chose to take out an annual policy for a little more, with greater cover- “just in case”. Very helpful with queries, haven’t had to claim to experience the full service, so that is the only reason have given 4 stars. Would purchase again.

Cover More need to rename themselves as Cover Nothing as new headphones cost £230.00 and all I got back was a measly £100 - can't even replace half the headphones! What a swindle of an insurance policy!!!
