I purchased a refurbished iPad Air, saving over $175 from the retail price. Cannot tell the difference between mine and my dad's brand new iPad Air he paid full price for. Everythings work as designed. I will be coming back to Cowboom more often! Up next a new gaming console!

Recently got a PS4 from chino, ca on the deal of the day!! I wasn't expecting for the PS4 to be the new model but in about a week even less it came to my doorstep and was really surprised how nice it was. It works perfect and it was the new model ps4. The CUH1200 model which for around $200 I wasn't expecting it at all. Overall very nice, amazing, and works well with nothing to complain about! Very happy with my PS4. FYI I received the console and the power cable with the original box in my order. YMMV depending on the condition of your choice.

Great product said condition was fair but arrived in immaculate condition with almost 9 months of manufacturer warranty left .

I've placed an order from iPod nano 8'th generation graphite color model. But the item I received was 7'th generation instead of 8'th generation. The item was in mint condition, since I placed an order for satisfactory condition I'm willing to accept few scratches and normal wear and tear marks. But to be my surprise the item looks in pristine condition.

After buying a few items during the holidays one item was damaged ... I was refunded but after waiting for almost a month this item was also bought with a coupon that was lost when paying for a replacement.... So no im. Not as happy.... Ended up paying more the aecond time around when the first item was recieved damaged

I ordered the PS4 on Feburary 3rd and chose faster shipping, it did not arrive until the 10th. I was in contact with cowboom customer service via email regularly and all the would say was the same pre-written responses.

I have been very satisfied until the week before last.. when they cancelled my order claiming that the address was wrong when things had been send there before. Lost a really good deal!

I bought a used iPad mini 3. had it shipped to my house. ups said it had to have a signature, so naturally, i work like most people and can't be there to sign for it. so after 3 days of them trying to deliver it, it is then shipped back to the seller.

WHAT??

why cant i just go pick it up at ups? they will make me sign for it.

well...it seems cowboom (best buy) doesn't trust the largest shipping company in the world with their used products. they fear that someone at ups will steal it, so they make ups send it right back to them.

then cowboom tells me that they want me to pay more to them to resend it to me.

well... i say.... stick the iPad in your ass cowboom! you're not worth any extra money if you can't let me sign at ups for your used item.

I got my MacBook Air 11 inch 2014 in satisfactory condition which was almost like new. This was my first purchase on Cowboom which i found very satisfying because of the fast respond on the invoice and the tracking number.

I've purchased few pre-owned items from Cowboom past few months and they've all arrived in better condition than expected. My latest purchase was an Apple Watch (42mm) listed in Fair condition and when it arrived, I could not find a single scratch!

I bought a mac book that was not only better than described but it also had one year left on AppleCare

Being able to purchase an Apple iPad 4th Generation for 1/3 the going rate sold me. Only complaint was that it did not come with a charging cable but then again, looking back, the ad didn't promise one so that's fair.

I got a great deal on a iMac model a few years younger. The product came on time and in amazing condition. Very impressed and will definitely buy again when i need a new product. Thanks CowBoom!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 in satisfactory condition. It came without any accessories, but I don't care about that. This tablet came in immaculate condition. I can't find one scuff, scratch, dent or nick on the entire tablet. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will buy something again in the near future! Thanks CowBoom!

My daughter was able to find the 2DS she was looking for at CowBoom for a lower price that most other online retailers. They had a bunch of options for shipping, which I appreciated. Two things that would have made it a little better would be if CowBoom, as a BestBuy brand, would have accepted my BestBuy credit card; and if they would participate in Shoprunner so that I could have gotten the item a couple days sooner with free shipping.

Ordered my son a used ipod touch 5 to replace a lost one. The unit arrived, looks great, and works perfectly. I would highly recommend, and will buy from CowBoom again.
