I registered and pass the exam for the standard first aid certification course, but was also charged for a lifetime renewal that I was not aware of, so it looks like I was charged twice for the course. My downloaded certification is not being accepted because it does not have your company logo on it, so I am needing proof that I completed and passed my first aid certification to continue with my caregiving services asap. I have tried to reach out to customer service through online chat and have had not luck so far. If someone could let me know if I can get these issues resolved, please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise, the online course/exam was great, but I need proof that I completed and passed the course with your company logo. Thanks, Diana Taylor

This was an excellent way to learn and/or review material related to first aid. I am a football coach, so I have been trained multiple time, but this method of allowing you to test instead of attending a class in person really made this worthwhile.

My only complaint is that it asked if I wanted to sign up for lifetime membership without mentioning a price so I did and I ended up getting charged double what I was supposed to pay for my course. But I called customer support and when they explained that that was the reason for the charge they quickly refunded me.

only thing I would suggest is to be clear and verify what criteria is to START CPR. for instance, instructions are to check for a pulse. what should be done if there is a pulse vs. if there isn't?

Why are you guys charging twice the amount you promised? The original price said $32.36 and got charges for a "lifetime free renewal " that did not give me a choice to not include in the final charge

I usually get this done for free from work, but they aren't offering re-certification classes right now because of COVID 19. I will be doing it through my work when they start offering it again. Thank you!

your checkout is very misleading and does not total up all the extra before submitting payment. so now I have been charged $41+ for my cpr/aed certification and I am not at all happy about the experience.

The fact the I was charged 13$ three times without it telling me it was going to do that was not ok. If you are going to charge extra for things please please show it before we put in our card information!!!

I had no choice but to order the CPR/AED cert instead of my combo cert. When I went to pay for this transaction the fee popped up with 49.95 (which I had funds for) but when I went to pay my card was declined and I received an email stating you charged me 99.95 instead. You should correct this error.

Though I passed, two of my answers were recorded incorrectly. Was this me? Or the submission? I wrote down my responses, so that I could verify upon completion and receipt what I might have missed. I wrote down the correct answer, but it was recorded as a different one. Fortunately, this only occurred for two questions.

I HAD AN ISSUE BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR THE LIFETIME. After I deleted the lifetime charge and got to check out, I realized that I had been charged 25 dollars instead of 12.56 and I was not sure about the other charges or what they were for. The charges with the code were 12.56 and did not let me know that I was being charged 25.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORt. Terrible interface. More difficult than needed to be. Will not recommend or use again. I would have a higher chance of getting an email from the president than the customer support team.

This has been a very good resource. This is the 4th time I have used this service to cover my CPR-First Aid certification for my employment requirement. This service is immensely better than going to take this course in person at some teaching facility. I like this better.

Your company advertise the CPR class for 13.99 and the blood pathogen for 9.99 and I ended up paying $44 and something cents for the package. I wasn't happy with that after the the charges changed.

My agency provided me a access code that I used to sign up for this training. After I successfully passed the course I had to pay out of pocket because the access code did not work. I was very disappointed because I didn't have the funds at that time and I wasn't suppose to pay for this training.
