Thank you so much Craft Direct! I received my order yesterday afternoon... great timing I must say. I do think that your shipping rates are a bit high but I was VERY IMPRESSED with your little "surprise" that was include in my package. Thank you so much! It seems as if I am going to reorder one of my orders... Unfortunately, I messed my album up... BIGTIME!!! Thank you once again!

Absolute horrible time getting your site. Had to finally use phone. Then when i tried to log back in it didn’t recognize my acct. took two days and in the meantime the Crate Paper Sunny Days Chipboard which I needed most was gone.

The products look great, but I'm not sure what all items do or no description on HOW to use them or if they NEED to be used with specific other items. There's also frequently only one picture of any item. In short the site is specifically for people who are already use to the products it isn't user friendly for someone just starting to learn and explore different crafts without previous training.

Thank you for offering such nice crafting supplies at favorable rates. Wish the site would let you easily filter out Out of Sock items instead of the time it takes to check each individually. Hope my items arrive in great shape. That would make me want to shop here again, and perhaps routinely.

I have tried for 3 days to place and order. I have switched browsers twice, and finally input my order 3 times before I was successful. I had to use an alternate email address as the system would not recognize my regular email address. Previously I sent an email question and never received an email response for over 3 months. Not the best website. Still waiting on an order placed a month ago.

Easy site to use. I wish there were more hot foil plates. I appreciate the REASONABLE shipping to Hawaii. So many places charge so much that sometimes, the shipping costs as much as the cost of the products I order.

It was very easy to navigate the website, but inputting my shipping addressing was difficult as it kept resetting. My overall experience was still great and the price I got my cricut for was the best that I found online anywhere else!]

Very easy to view the item and the description to know what you are going to get. When items came in they were packaged well and my entire order was there and everything came in great condition. Best prices I've seen!

Lost everything out of cart when creating account. However, once I got the account created, ordering went smoothly. Was surprised how quickly my order arrived (less than 48 hrs)! Good prices and REALLY quick delivery. Now that I have an account created, I will definitely be shopping on the site again!

well organized, easy to find the products I was looking for. The one thing I would suggest is to improve selection of solid color cardstock in both 12x12 and 8.5x11 sizes. Paper crafters normally use a large amount of basics such as black, cream and white as well as colors in making cards, mini albums and layouts. It would be nice to be able to order these products in volume here rather than having to order from other retailers.

Sticker sheets need to be in a plastic sleeve with a sturdy piece of cardboard. The 12x12 sticker sheet I ordered had neither, it was just placed in the plastic shipping bag. Of course the sticker sheet was crumpled up and many of the sticker were stuck to the packaging and/or each other. Some are completely ruined. Since I ordered this during the quarantine, I let it slide, assuming normal operating procedures are. It in place. But I would expect that should never happen under normal circumstances.

Somehow my order was cancelled. When looking for an arrival date after receiving another order I placed at the same time from a different website, I went to Craft Direct website to look at the status of my purchase and realized it was cancelled. Not sure what happened. I never received a confirmation email and that's when I should've known something was wrong. It's my fault for not confirming an email. I am attempting another time with hopes my order goes through. Thank you

I found what I was looking for and then something! A friend bought the rolling cart for her silhouette she highly recommended it her laptop fits in it as well. Then I saw the cartridge carrier had to have its much better than the impractical way I'm carrying them now! So, of course I bought it. To my surprise it holds 72 cartridges!!! Woo hoo Scrapbookers fantasy! I may order another cartridge carrier.

Completely lost my cart items because of needing to find my password from sometime in the past. Very frustrating. Had to reenter it and hope I don't get duplicates. This took waaay too much time!
