Alana was very friendly when booking over the phone, as this would be our first cruise she was very helpful in booking our flights, hotel and cruise for us. Would defiantly recommend and use again if cruising is for us

Michelle ORyne took her time and answered all questions and my queries with patience and Honesty and was really good on tailoring our vacation to our needs.

Down side was the tours side sent me an email offering up to 60% discount on there excursions against the cruise line prices, this was very misleading as a cruise was over £20 more expensive than the cruise line and even though it looked 30 minutes longer per rata we saved nothing and was a few pounds more expensive. When i rang up lady said if you screen shot it we will have a look, but i was unable to do that. We have a few excursions to book and liked it to be you but everything is more expensive and you tell us we can save up to 60% on cruise line prices.

The service the operator gave us was good, but he has put my wife and I on the wrong cruise. To be fair to the fellow, it wasn't his fault due to the background noise of where I was plus it wasn't a very clear line.
The cruise I asked for went to madeira and the one we've been put on goes mainly to Spain.

Yes I would use them again and recommend them to anyone, I am over eighty years of age
And very much appreciated their kind, patient and helpful manner. I am hard of hearing and every effort was made to make things easy for me.

Jo was very good and kept me informed and up-to-date with what was going on and rang back exactly when she said she would.
I have always been sceptical of on-line/telephone sales but I was very pleased and surprised how easy it was, the required paperwork was also very clear.
I will definitely use Cruise Kings again.

I booked with a lady called Luna who was very helpful snd read out all the details to me again to make sure i had what i was expecting. She had to contact Tui to book a cabin number but rang back very quickly. She also sent me a long list of excursions we could book with all the prices which I could not find on Tui's website. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

I find the Service at Cruise Kings second to none, they are really friendly, incredibly professional and know their product which helps enormously, some companies just don't have a clue, not this one.

I can only tell you how wonderful the lady on the other end of the phone was as of yet, we haven’t travelled with Cruise Kings but it’s all booked for next year. She was very helpful, patient with all my disability questions, checking with her colleagues for alternate ideas and suggestions .

Spoke with Kerry, she priced our cruise and rang me back when she said she would, she very thorough. I could have got the same cruise at a cheaper price but having booked with cruise Kings before, I was happy to pay a little extra for the peace of mind. Top Marks Kerry.

Luna Webb spoke to us 10 mins before she finished for the day but she did not hurry us at all and explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had.
Luna was not in the next day but another lady took our call and was equally helpful answering a couple of points we needed clarification on. when the paper work arrived it was all clearly laid out

I dealt with Leyla, who was very helpful and very knowledgable, she made booking our cruise very easy, and used her experience to guide us though the process and made it “painless “

Friend got package cheaper flying from Birmingham
We were told there was only flights from Gatwick
Approx £150 each dearer than there package even though they had flight supplements added
