Everything was excellent in my large order apart from 2 packs of crickets that were already 2 months out of date when I got them.

I have been using Crinchy Critters for a good year or so now and I can never fault them. Delivery is as fast as it can be (always well ahead of the estimated date) and the products themselves are brilliant. Customer service is always amazing and very fast to respond to any query

My interactions with Nick Cooper and the team at Crunchy Critters was nothing short of five stars! I was purchasing some of the critters from the other side of the world, and Nick made sure it was a very smooth transaction. Any questions I had for him were quickly answered, and he made what could have been a cumbersome expedited international shipping ordeal an easy one! When the products arrived, they came in fantastic condition and I was definitely not disappointed. From the product to the customer service experience, Crunchy Critters were top notch!

I used them in our District Guiding Thinking Day as the future food in our themed Past, Presnt and Future evening (90 Rainbows, Brownies and Guides attended) About 2/3 of the girls tried them and they were certainly the talk of the evening and at school the next day.

It came within 2 days witch was really impressive. We certainly freaked a lot of adults and children out but at least they tried something they never thought they would. I cant wait to give the giant water beetles to my son for Christmas. Excellent product.

I specified in the request space for a delivery w/c 19th Feb; this request was clearly printed on the order. Goods were delivered the week before. Why ask if requests are ignored anyway?

I bought them for my daughters, son in laws and three grandchildren to put in Christmas hampers of new and odd foods and drink so as they won’t be having them until Christmas 2018 I can’t comment except to say the products are nicely packaged ????????????????

It is very nice, good delivery speed and service but there is one thing that bothered me, the cost is very high for this to take off properly so more people can afford to implement insects in there diet, this should be very cheap if possible so one day this will be are main diet, hopefully celebrities will have nothing to do with this because when they do price goes up and working class can't afford this

I needed 2 packs of bugs urgently for our Daughters Brownie camp and emailed Crunchy Critters to see if they could dispatch the same day. They responded positively to my email and I received the bugs the next day. They even included a load of stickers say 'I ate a bug' which the kids absolutely loved.
Fantastic service, great products & great communications. Would highly recommend and will definitely do business again.

I ordered these for the annual Easter Family holiday. These will provide much needed energy for hiking. My order arrived quickly and was so securely packaged that I thought I'd made a mistake and ordered live critters! Would definitely order from Crunchy Critters again.
