We did it remotely and I really learned a lot and I got my book the next day which is awesome!

Like the stars say, excellent, and touched on all key points I actively use.

This was a great class to both learn Adobe Illustrator and as a marketer working with designers, it was an effective way to understand designer processes and needs from marketers. Brian at CTS is knowledgeable and patient, ensuring students are capturing skills and concepts throughout the class. I especially like how he leverages client work and real-world examples of how he uses Illustrator features to accomplish design tasks.

In class was the best, the teacher really paid attention to every student, he generally shared with us his experience un design. During the class he never sit on his chair. Always he checked if we followed and understood the object. He is the great.

Intermediate Excel
I think the class would have been better in a classroom setting. Unfortunately with Covid-19 it had to be online.

There was one woman in our class who was constantly needing help. I don't know how the other people in class felt but I found it very irritating that she had to have help with very basic windows stuff. The poor instructor had to stop and assist her several times. The instructor was very patient and did apologize to the rest of the group taking the class. Unfortunately, her interruptions were very distracting and it slowed down the flow of what the instructor was trying to teach. The instructor did a good job but it made for times when I was very bored and just sitting in front of my computer.

I will probably retake the class sometime within the next 6 months once you are back in an actual classroom setting. I was really looking forward to the class but I don't feel I got as much out of it as I could have in a classroom setting. I do like the book that I was given and will definitely refer to that often. I'm old school and have always like user/training guides so it's perfect for me. I have used a couple of the things I learned that day.

Very informative instructor worked closely with all of the people in the class.

Teacher is very knowledgeable and makes the class engaging and easy to learn. This class is for the certification exam only. For inexperience aspiring BA like myself, I will need additional courses to be able to transition to a BA job.

This was my 6th course with CTS (I've taken all three Excel courses plus the three retakes). I would highly recommend CTS to anyone needing to learn one of the programs they offer. I really like that they offer the free retakes to make sure things "stick" plus if you get a different instructor for the retake you often learn even more tips/tricks! I have had several instructors and they are all amazing. Very helpful and non-judgmental. They make sure everyone gets "it" before moving on. We even had someone taking the course remotely which is another great option if you are not able to physically get to one of their locations. I've been to both the Chicago and Naperville locations and both classrooms were set up well with satisfactory equipment and a good learning environment. I will definitely look to CTS when I need to learn a new program!

Well organized class, paced well. Instructor answered questions and gave individual help when needed.

Angela was excellent. There were too many people on the virtual training for Excel 2. One student in particular was highly disruptive.

My online Sharepoint part 1 class was managed excellently by a very knowledgeable and intuitive teacher. I was able to receive my book on time before the training. This class prepared me for working in Sharepoint with lessons that worked very well. I highly recommend this class to any new to Sharepoint. Thank you.

I've taken two other classes with CTS in-person, this class was a webinar and I found their transition to a virtual classroom was seamless, and I learned as much, if not more than as if we were in person. The instructor was attentive and maintained a great and open atmosphere where we could ask questions and learn very pragmatic and useful tools for Excel. I truly appreciate the effort that went into making this a virtual class, and our instructor was great, as always. I would recommend them to anyone looking to reinforce or expand their knowledge.
