Your shipping costs are too high. I have looked at many items in the past but passed on you because of shipping costs. This order happened to be an exclusive item that I wanted, so I paid up for the shipping.

i was amazed to receive my 2 beautiful frieling french presses in record time, with free shipping, and at the best internet price i could find. i also wish to add that it was delivered FED-EX and to my door. the last couple years, UPS has dropped all deliveries at our p. o. box as we are in a rural area and that is where we pick up our USPS mail here in n.c.--we have no home mail delivery set up. this has been extremely annoying especially as the small p.o. is opened limited hours. UPS no longer even recognizes our "emergency-assigned" street address, but obviously FED-EX still does. this is much appreciated and further encourages me to us a vendor such as cudacoffee who uses FED-EX for delivery! Thank you for your outstanding service!

Couldn't find the product I wanted anywhere else. It was difficult to say if I was satisfied with the price because I had never ordered this product anywhere else so didn't have anything else to compare it to. The product was recommended to me and couldn't find anywhere else.

I feel the shipping cost is too much at the lowest quoted price, and the price went up between the first screen and the checkout. I also typed my CC exactly as it appears on my Amex card with 2 spaces. It was refused and I had to guess what the problem was until I got it right...there was no specific instruction.

I expected an order at this price point to include shipping, as other coffee/tea companies I deal with offer. Such as Coffee for Less and Gevalia. Also, I didn't realize that the product I ordered was for a Professional Tassimo machine, which means that for it to work in our home Tassimo you have to hold your finger on the water button until the brew is complete. It should be highlighted that this product is NOT for home brewers. If you have this product for a home Brewer I would definitely buy again. If not, I won't be buying again.

The website is fine, but your payment system would not take our office purchasing card, insisting the card type was incorrect. I've used the card hundreds of times without issue. Your website is the only website that has ever had a problem with it.

The website is fairly easy to use and the check out was smooth and painless. The only recommendation I would have is that upon ordering product, maybe send out an email letting the customer know that it's on its way. I received my order right on time and the product quality was great

I am a new customer to cuda coffee. Now, I am going to be a repeat customer. The coffee blends I chose did not disappoint. Smooth and rich flavor, nice to sip on an extra cup. The customer service rep at cuda coffee contacted me with an inquiry on my order. Because he did this, my order came in perfect. Otherwise I would have ordered one incorrect product. Saved us both a bit of a hassle afterwards. I appreciated that intuitive action taken. kt

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
