Paid for a Saturday delivery nothing all day not even a call from Curry's with some pathetic excuse although bi did I have a call the day before the failed delivery trying to sell me an extended warranty? Put the sales team in the lorry delivering they are more efficient.....

On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.

I recently returned a kettle I bought from Currys, received an email from Currys on 15th of May that they have processed my refund & even after 12 days I am yet to receive my refund? Email them, no response from them, so rang customer service numerous time, operator offered to put me through the concerned department but left on hold with music or ringing tone? Longest I agave stayed was 01 hour & 32 minutes? Even after that they didn’t know what is happening with my refund? I don’t think I have ever had worst customer service then this. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again.

Trying to return a faulty laptop, only option is to call by telephone, tried this 3 times now each time they simply hang up rather than deal with the issue. I would give them zero stars if I could, kept me waiting up to 2 hours only to hang up, shame on them, good job I paid by credit card, terrible company, awful customer "service" and please avoid at all costs.

I paid an extra £20 to have my tumbler dryer delivered between 1pm - 5pm. I was going to be out all morning and I wanted to be at home when it arrived. I got home at 12.45pm to find that it had already been delivered. My neighbour said that it had been delivered before 11.30am. This meant that £730 worth of appliance had sat outside my house, near the road, for over 1hr 15mins for anyone to take or damage. If Currys are going to charge extra for a delivery slot then they damn well ought to make sure that is when it is delivered. I tried to contact Currys about this but it is impossible to get through and talk to anyone. I will NEVER buy from them agin, they're a total waste of time.

Purchased a printer in April changed my mind so trying to return it. 5 phone calls later 2 hours each time and still no answer. Have sent 2 letters into customer service with no reply. The customer service is shoddy, unprofessional and out of its depth. Will never purchase from Currys again

awful worst company I have ever come… awful worst company I have ever come across ordered a freezer 13th April the site said available you will receive a delivery date on the 16th April , I received no such date and no item has arrived so I called them on the 14/05/2020 waited 1 hour 20 mins which i took on the chin then was told i would get delivery next day, guess what ? nothing no email no text no delivery they still have my money i`m trying to get it back via paypal the only help you can get from them is help to purchase goods once you have payed your doomed, really disappointed as they have left me with no freezer and no money I am stuck with canned food, stay away you have had your warning ! update tried calling again they just do not want to help, my guess is they are going under and they are taking money for good before they do .

We bought a TV in February, after one month the TV had a problem with the software update as we were informed it had to be fix it. On 21st of March they came to collect our TV and since then we have no news, just receiving msgs saying that the piece to fix it is out of stock. When we tried to call, after 2 hour on line and 4 times transferred to someone else that couldn't solve our problem. We have the right of replacement, but there's no how to contact anyone from this company!! Horrible, horrible customer service, if we can even say that they have one! Extremely disappointed!!! Just want the product that I bought and paid for!!!

Paid in full for a new iPhone 11, and paid to have it delivered on 27 April. It’s now 15 May and still no phone, no refund, no communication. I have tried to contact customer services, over 1 hour wait. I eventually talked to someone who then informed me they would be in touch within 7-14 days. And they could not give a refund until they confirmed they had the phone back. Strange thing is, my lovely DPD person said he had the phone in his van, but it was recalled to Curry’s. I’m not claiming to be a genius, but as they recalled it, surely they could refund my phone. £884.

The customer service with Curry’s and Know How are disgraceful we have now been 6 weeks no with no washing machine and can not get any resolution to help get a new one keep getting same old story that they need to send an email and they will get back to us by email in 72 hours and we don’t any correspondence till we phone again shocking service even for during lockdown ????

9 weeks ago an engineer said a faulty oven could not be fixed in a Senior Citizen household! I now get a code to replace but I must call them. 1 hour 50 minutes later a man answers and sounds unaware of what to do _ so he cuts me off. Customer Care does NOT exist. 9 weeks is appalling. Hang your head in shame.

Bought a washing machine on the 24th of April for my 88 year old mother in law. So far been hung up on 13 times, asked to reply over social media pm, one reply then must have wandered off. She is highly vulnerable and shileded . THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand the difficulties with COVD however advertising online services, TAKING THE MONEY then no way AT ALL of getting through and hung up on repeatedly. Reported to facebook also.

Ordered office chair 19th March, which was in stock. Got an email to say chair will be delivered on the 26th March although no tracking number. That’s the last I heard from them. Tried calling multiple times, seven emails and even a letter. Nothing, not even a reply to my email other than useless automated we’ll get back to you in 6 days. Total joke, other companies are managing and it’s worth noting this lot supposed be a tech company. So working from home for 8 weeks with temporary chair. Will eventually get money back and will shop elsewhere from now on.

After being on the phone over 1 hour and trying to get an answer of my delivery (40 inch sharp tv) i get told that I have to wait for 7 to 14 days while the delivery company holds an investigation before they can give me a solution of re delivery or refund. so within that time I have to wait and being the consumer I;m being penalized on a company (DPD) who did not deliver and cannot find the package a "40 inch tv" on their vans I have to wait while they hold their investigations, I asked to speak to a manager and in between the request he hanged up the phone. 2nd phone call and waited for over 2 hours before I got an answer where I then requested to speak to a manager without explaining the previous issue while he was looking up the line went quiet and boom hanged up, 3rd call I been on the phone from 4pm trying to get through to a manager and the call keeps dropping every 40 minutes. till this point I have not had a solution nor been able to speak to the management team in the curry's to offer me a solution and all I'm looking for now is to get my refund which is turning out as impossible.

I bought a cooker on the 1st of March twice it was delivered to the wrong address when I finally received my cooker the front door was not attached I have spent now 6 hours and 28 minutes over the last two months on the phone April one engineer came out and brought the No parts One week later engineer was booked didn’t even turn up 4 days later engineer turned no part again and I am still waiting and it is now the 11th of May absolutely disgusted

have ordered the Acer All-in-one PC via online on 19th of April and it got delivered on 20th of April. I did unpack the item and started working on it on 23rd of April. But I did straight away found it that the product was faulty ( tremendous amount of fan/ hard-disk noise constantly) and I stopped using it. I have been chasing customer service over the phone and web chat for last three weeks and I was spending more than 15 hours to chase you over the phone but I have had no-luck at all. Each time when I called, my call got transferred to every single department without resolving/making any further actions. I did really got frustrated the way that they handle with customers after they have been sent faulty product. I even have been transferred to technical team for basic trouble shooting and they have not done any magic except the power cycling of my PC. But they have provided me reference number 3471571826 as some sort of record to speak with sales/exchange team. But I still have no success on resolving my issue either by fixing the actual problem or exchanging my faulty product. I am in the process of gathering all the evidence to proceed with legal action as lost many thing due to this incident.

Have spent hours on the phone waiting in a queue for currys to answer their phone regarding a tv I ordered mid March which screen was broken on arrival, is just impossible to get hold of them, even tried snail mail - honestly even by Covid-19 standards this is shocking customer service, its a gift for my sons 15th birthday - wont buy from them ever again.

Ordered undercounted freezer on line money was taken instantly, here we are nearly 5 weeks later and have still not recieved the freezer , tried to call on the phone after holding on for 1 hr 43 mins the call was disconnected I am so angry, I have now written a letter of complaint and requested an immediate refund but... After looking at some of the reviews it looks like it's common of curry sauce to give such dreadful service, no need for them to blame it on corona virus because all of the supermarkets appear to be giving an exceptional service.. CURRYS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES
