We had a great day's training and the time flew by, which is always testament to a worthwhile day. The content was excellent and I would recommend paying that little bit extra to have the training bespoke to the organisation. It ensured the full attention of the team, as they knew they could utilise their learning's back in the workplace.

Lynda hosted a series of three webinars on delivering excellent customer service through social media. From the planning stages through to delivery, Lynda was professional, knowledgeable and well prepared. Lynda tailored the training sessions towards our company and our values, and it was clear how much research she had done to make the training relevant and engaging. The sessions and activities were enjoyable and interactive and promoted discussion and teamwork. Feedback from delegates has shown that they are already looking at ways to incorporate their learning into their roles.

Lynda Willis was as excellent trainer. All aspects of her delivery - content, presentation, slides, photos and booklets - were of a very high standard.It was also very evident that she had done a lot of research and preparation before creating this workshop. I would strongly recommend Lynda to any company.

Lynda came into our company on 3/10 and provided Customer Service Training. The training was excellent from start to finish she makes you feel welcome and brings the 'Fun' into it which was amazing. The Training booklet that she done for this training was excellent, the information within this booklet and the layout of the booklet was remarkable. I would highly recommend Lynda to any business out there that requires employees to have this training or even needs refresher training. World Class Training Lynda. Thank you

Lynda delivered World Host training to my team and I and is an excellent host. We enjoyed the session very much and learned a great deal which we expect to be useful as we establish ourselves as a 'must see' visitor attraction
