1) ordered a type of e-cigarette mod, received a wrong one
so I decided to keep it;
2) After two weeks problem pf loss power, tryed 3 differents tanks and coils but nothing loss power and the battery it get very hot like it wants to explode in my hand;
3) contact the seller about 90 days Innoikin warranty, the seller told me to sent it back so, I sent it back;
4) The seller told that it tested and there is nothing wrong with it, so they sent me back the battery again;
6) I get the battery it got the same problem of loss power, I phone them up, tryed to explain but nothing to do with it, they did not want to listen to me at all, call again they do no answer my calls and emails anymore, what to say? Rude service, never more buy again from this seller, I never had so much bad expierence in my life and really I am buying very often many things on line (food, clothes, shoes,itp)...

I was supplied by a faulty tank which i used for a couple of days and whilst unscrewing the bottom to fill the tank the glass broke and a little piece fell out
(I've had many tanks but never had this experience before)

The coil i used on 30W (recommended between 20w-35w) after being fully primed and letting soak in liquid all night before use burnt out after a couple of days and only on my 2nd or 3rd tank full.

I got in contact but they weren't having none of it and basically told me to do 1!

Absolutely poor customer service.

On the up side delivery was fast so can't fault them there.

I have been using Cybercig for a couple of years now and am very satisfied with their great products and fantastic service. Every order I have placed has been delivered very quickly. The quality is very good and their discount/offers are very welcome! I think on two occasions I have contacted them and my questions were answered very quickly they are very friendly and helpful.

First time I've ordered anything from Cybercig.I ordered 2 mods and a spare tank.Not only was the price very good(cheaper than a lot of sites)the service was fantastic. I paid for next day courier delivery but missed the cut off point.Joe emailed me and stated this but still sent my items Royal Mail next day delivery at no extra cost to myself.They arrived at just after 8.30 this morning,packaged brilliantly.Ordered,paid and delivered within 18 hours!!!What more could you ask for?Cannot recommend enough,will definitely be using again.

I ordered e liquid in the afternoon and it came the next day. Ultra quick delivery, they emailed to say it had been dispatched. Well packed with a free dripper bottle. Great vape with the e liquid and i got all mine in the sale at great prices with free delivery. fantastic, will use again and recommend to everyone. Thanks Cybercig.

I really like the Innokin iTaste clk vv battery and searched everywhere for it then i happened to click onto the Cybercig site finding my way around the site was easy and finally i found my battery I was so pleased,i ordered immediately and received my order in a couple of days they kept me up to date with my order and were friendly and helpful i shall most definitely purchase again from Cybercig

Thought I'd try four different flavours of your own Cybercig branded E Juice, and have been very happy with all four. Really good true to life taste, replicating each respective flavour perfectly. Delivery was free and very quick too - All told I'm very happy and wouldn't hesitate in using you again or indeed recommending you to other Vapesters.

1st class service and communication, I ordered a new Innokin battery from Cybercig and it arrived as promised within 2 days, but unfortunately it wouldn't accept a charge so I sent an email straight away to ask how I could go about exchanging the faulty unit, Robert got back to me almost immediately, and firstly apologised for the inconvenience and said that he would make sure that a replacement was in the post (1st class) that same day, and here I am two days later with another battery that works. With a no quibble customer service like this I can only commend Cybercig and will be sure to use them again next time I need something. Thank you very much for a genuine service, Jon

the 2 tanks are of quality build as you would expect from kanger and does what it says on the tin,
the tesla mod however feels good in the hand but that is where for me the +'s stop, the twist on/off at the bottom keeps unscrewing from the main body, the firing pin is very fussy as to whether it will work it is very wobbly when you do fire it and seems to lose the contact with the battery there's a loud pop before it settles down all in I would not have purchased this had I known , the 16500 batteries don't last very long if like me you're on it all day I , the kit came with a trustfire charger, 5 stars for the "tanks" and a poor 2 stars for the "Tesla" mod , the shopping experience in its self was painless
