Bought a sofa from them mid-September and it started coming apart at the beginning of January. Very disappointed, contacted them and they basically said that it's my fault and that the sofa was overused and this is why the backrest is now coming apart from the metal brackets. I explained to them that there is no case of a sofa being overused in just 4 months. Also, we are a family of 2 and a toddler, so there was no case of over usage. They said that because pressure was applied to the backrest that is why I have problems with the sofa. I explained that a backrest is meant for people to lean on and that is the whole purpose of a backrest. So basically if you buy a sofa from them and you don't want to have any problems with it just keep it on display and don't sit on it or lean on the backrest as it will be your fault if it brakes. Absolutely no support from the warranty team or from them, I was offered new brackets to replace them myself but that was it, even though the wood bit that the brackets screw on I completely destroyed as the screws came out, so basically replacing the brackets will no work and most likely the problem will reappear again. Faulty design and poor quality will definitely not buy again from them. Poor customer service.

Awful service! Wardrobe was almost 2 months later than scheduled, the day before it arrived they said I needed to provide a parking permit for central London for their delivery. What e-commerce company asks you to arrange for parking to deliver?! When I called them up customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful, wanting to charge me £49 if I couldn't provide parking. If you live in Central London choose a more serious furniture shop that actually cares about its customers.

Purchased a wardrobe Sunday, and it was delivered on Wednesday. The two guys were professional from start to finish. Although it was difficult at times due to small spaces they made sure they took care and payed full attention to every little detail. They were also very polite throughout, and the wardrobe is great quality. The email and text service updating us on our order was also great. Thank you

Wardrobe delivered and assembled within 1.5 hrs. Communication was excellent and delivery driver(s) very polite and considerate.

Ordering was easy so I thought delivery was quicker than anticipated which was great however once delivered the problems started I ordered the 250cm wardrobe with assembly I thought it was 3 separate sections but was 1 complete wardrobe there wasnt enough space for assembly i needed to have whole room clear which I wasnt advised. when I called to reschedule assembly i couldnt be given a specific date it was 1 to 10 days so decided to do it myself only to find NONE of the panels are marked to indicate what is what sk you have to identify the panels by matching the holes. I purchased 2 extra hanging rails and wasnt advised i then loose x 2 shelves as there isnt extra holes to put the shelves anywhere once you use the additional rails customer service unhelpful when you call and quite curt no empathy for the customers situation just advised to take my time and count the holes in the panels ???? the furniture comes from poland and by the time its transported the adhesive wears off and stickers come off so they dont lable panels ???????? "could you not use a stronger adhesive and avoid a bad review?" I would not order again from Dako Furniture sad and bad experience Also the formation of the wardrobe was not as pictured/expected as on their website

The products were great but our experience with booking delivery was not good and from the first appointment it took another 3 weeks to have our items delivered after several conversations. We were in every day so the delivery experience was not due to our availability and took several chase phone calls. Products fantastic!!
