I submitted my order online and was contacted that same day by a customer rep to confirm my order. He called me on the phone! That's a level of customer service you don't see at a whole lot of places! Especially ordering online! My product arrived on time and was accurate. I'll be using Dale Pro Audio in the future.

& still says out for delivery as of today.

I mistakenly ordered a headset that was a replacement set with no base unit as a Christmas present for my wife. When we discovered it, I sent a message that was picked by Tim Brown in your Customer Service Dept. Tim explained the process and how to return the item and order a complete set. He followed up several times during the process to be sure things were going smoothly. Having worked most of my career in Customer Service and appreciate good followup. I also realize that customers are much too eager to complain about bad service than to give kudos for good service, so please convey my appreciation to him

I'll keep Dale Pro Audio in mind for future Audio needs.

I ordered a spindle of JVC Taiyo Yuden CDRS and received them within two days. The box came in perfect shape and the cdrs were very well packaged. I will continue to buy from Dale since they have everything I need in the professional audio arena and their knowledgeable staff make this a first rate company to deal with.

First order was great, quick, correct, tried to order a additional part , was not shure what it was, I sent a picture of it to Sheldon never heard anything back from from him. I take care of Electronic equipment in 38-40 Public Schools we always need parts for repairs !

I live in Argentina, buying form Dale Pro Audio was very quick and easy, of Course I shipped my box to the US, but it arrived sooner than I thought, placed my order on thursday, with a 1 week shipping, arrived next monday, excellent!

I tried to order my part from another company after more than a week of waiting I called them and they informed me that it was out of stock and was expected in within the next 5 to 7 days, I cancelled my order and re-ordered the part from Dale and it was here in two days.
